What is Configuration🔧 & Mapping🗺️?

Configuration🔧 involves specifying the settings, options, or parameters to tailor the system to meet specific requirements. This may include setting up Saleshandy default fields.

Mapping🗺️involves defining how data from one system should be mapped or transferred to specific fields in another system. This ensures that data is accurately and appropriately transferred or synchronized between systems, preserving the integrity and consistency of information.

In summary, Configuration and Mapping fields involve customizing and aligning data elements or fields within a system or between systems to enable smooth operations, data transfer, or integration. We're using this for Saleshandy-Zoho Integration.

🪜Steps to Follow

Once you've connected your Zoho Account, it's time to Configure your Zoho Account.

  1. Click on the top-right corner, and from the drop-down, select Configure.🔧

  2. Once you've configured it, you can now Map the Fields 🗺️ between Saleshandy & Zoho so data synchronizes between both apps accordingly.

  3. Saleshandy fields are the default fields, whereas you can select the Zoho fields from the drop-down. And then click on Save.

Mission accomplished; you've successfully configured Zoho with Saleshandy. 👏

Now it's time to set the triggers based on what activity you want to set in Zoho: Zoho: Triggers💡& Activities 🎯

Note: Saleshandy Default Fields can't be changed. But if you want to create a Custom Field, you can by clicking on Prospect fields > Add Custom Field.

How to Import Prospects from Zoho?

Ever wondered if it's possible to import your leads or contacts from Zoho CRM into Sales Handy? Well, guess what? It's totally possible, and it's as easy as pie! 🥧

Here's the scoop: all you need to do is head over to the Chrome Web Store and install the "Sales Handy Connect Extension." 🦾 It's as simple as that! You're good to go once you've got it installed in your Chrome browser.

Now, let's dive into your Zoho CRM. Imagine you've got this awesome lead you want to transfer to Sales Handy. Just click on it, then click the "Sales Handy Connect Extension."🕶️

Next, hop over to the email finder, and voilà! It's already extracted the name, last name, and email ID for you. 🕵️‍♂️ You can even add custom fields if you need to.

And here's the cherry on top: you can directly add this lead to your Sales Handy sequence. 💬 toggle it on, select the sequence you want, and hit "Save Prospect." Boom! Your prospect is now added to your Sales Handy account.

Want to double-check? No problem! 🧐 head over to your Sales Handy account, go to the sequence, and search for your new prospect. Yep, there they are! 🧙‍♂️

So, that's how you seamlessly import leads from Zoho CRM into Sales Handy. Easy peasy, right? 🙌
