🛠️ How to set up Zoho Integration?

⚠️ Important: Make sure you have an account with Zoho with the same email that is associated with your Saleshandy account. ⚠️

Note: Please note that the steps below assume you already have an account with Zoho.

🪜Steps to Follow

  1. Sign in to your Saleshandy account.

  2. You can navigate through the Settings tab and click on Integrations from the side panel Under Company Settings.

  3. Under the native integrations, you can see Zoho Integration (Syncs your Saleshandy data with Zoho); click on Connect Now.

  4. It will take you to the Zoho Login page. Login to your Zoho account(You need to log in with your Zoho account credentials).

  5. You'll be redirected to the authorization page, where you can see Saleshandy would access the following information. Clicking the "Accept" button allows Saleshandy to access data in your Zoho account.

    Note: Before this, you need to have an account with Zoho. I already have an Account with Zoho. That's why it's showing my profile with my name in the top-right corner.

  6. You've successfully connected your Zoho account to your Saleshandy account.

  7. You can confirm in your Saleshandy Account it will show you green tickmarks with Connected.
