Sometimes you won't see a reply in Saleshandy even if you got it in your mailbox. There are multiple reasons why this happens.

Replies Not Tracked
1️⃣ Reply Received after Email Account is Disconnected or Deleted
Saleshandy tracks email replies only when the recipient delivers and opens the email. If the email is disconnected or deleted before the recipient opens it, we won't be able to track any replies received after that point.
We recommend only disconnecting or deleting emails once you have received all the replies you expect to ensure you get all the replies.
2️⃣ IMAP connection is lost
Saleshandy tracks email replies by connecting your ESP and its tracking servers. This connection is established using the IMAP protocol. If the IMAP connection is lost, Saleshandy cannot receive updates on the status of your emails.
3️⃣ ESP has issues sending the notification
Your ESP sends notifications to Saleshandy for tracking replies. But if the ESP fumbles, the notification might not reach us, and replies stay hidden.

Good news, though! Now, tracking and managing replies is a breeze from the Saleshandy dashboard.

There might be a chance you're looking at the 1:1 email insights tab you need to check Unified Inbox for all the replies, as that; 's where you find emails registered

You might not see some replies in Sales Handy even if you received them in your Outlook account due to various reasons. These reasons include:
1. The reply is received after the email is disconnected or deleted.
2. If the IMAP connection is lost.
3. If ESP has any issues sending the notification.
Double-check your Outlook account and Sales Handy for any discrepancies to ensure you don't miss any important emails.
When the email replies are received in a separate thread, they will show up in Unified Inbox and your sequence as well, but many times the automated replies are sent in a separate thread then one to which the email was sent. Hence, it is not registered in your Saleshandy account.
