This might happen for a few reasons, such as recent changes to your email account, inactivity, or restrictions imposed by your email provider. But fear not; reconnecting your email account is a breeze!

How to reconnect my Email Account?

🪜Steps to Follow

Step 1️⃣ Log in to your Account

First, log in into your SalesHandy account. Once you're in, head over to the Settings section and look for the Email Accounts tab.

Step 2️⃣ Connected Email Accounts

In the Email Accounts tab, you'll find a list of your connected emails. Look for the one that's currently marked as "Inactive."

Step 3️⃣ Reconnect your Account

You'll spot a shiny "Connect" button next to the inactive email account. Give it a click, and voila! You'll be whisked away to the login page.

Step 4️⃣ Add in your details

Now, on the login page, simply follow the prompts to reconnect your email account. This may involve entering your email address and password or going through any additional security measures your email provider requires.
