Getting Started with Saleshandy Mobile App
Installation and Login
You can use your existing Saleshandy credentials to log in.
Note: New account sign-ups are only available on the Saleshandy web application.

2. Set Up Notifications
Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Saleshandy > Enable Notifications.
iOS: Go to Settings > Saleshandy > Allow Notifications.
3. Unified Inbox
The unified inbox allows you to manage all your leads efficiently by:
Aggregating all connected inboxes into a single view.
Letting you:
View all replies categorized by sequence name and outcomes.
Access detailed conversation threads for each email by simply clicking on the reply.
Managing Leads with Saleshandy Mobile App
1. Apply Filters🔍
Simply click on the filter bar above replies and sort replies using:
Email Status: All, Unread, Draft, Scheduled
Sequences
Email Account
Outcome (e.g., Interested, Meeting Booked, Not Now, etc.)
Sequence Owners, Clients, or Date
2. Update Outcomes💸
Click on the outcome icon in the top right corner and assign specific status to leads directly from the email thread to manage leads. Options include:
Uncategorized
Interested
Meeting Booked
Out of Office
Closed
Do Not Contact
3. Replying to Leads📨
Open a conversation to reply directly, reply to all, or forward emails.
Draft replies using the built-in email editor.
Insert attachments directly from your phone.
Schedule replies for later in your prospect time zone.
4. Scheduling Replies⏲️
Plan replies for optimal timing:
Select the schedule icon within the email editor.
Choose a date and time, or use the auto-suggested best time.
Adjust the time zone as needed.
Apply the condition to "send email as scheduled, even if the prospect replies to this thread."
5. Bulk Actions✅
Save time by managing multiple emails at once:
Select the checkbox for bulk selection of your sequences
Use bulk filters to sort and update outcomes.
Bulk select the to mark as read/unread.
Delete threads using the trash icon.
