Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

We have some exciting news to share today – the Hubspot Integration inside Saleshandy is now live and ready to rock your CRM game! 🚀

Let me quickly walk you through how you can make the most of this fantastic integration.

Hubspot Integration

1️⃣ Access the Integration Application

Head over to your settings and spot the "Integration" application. Click on it and get ready to unlock the magic!


2️⃣ Authenticate Your Application

🪜Steps to follow

  1. Under the native integrations, you can see Hubspot Integration (Syncs your Saleshandy data with Hubspot); click on Connect Now. It will take you to the Hubspot Log in page; Login to your Hubspot account.

  2. Connect your Saleshandy Account to Hubspot.

  3. You'll be redirected to the authorization page, where you can see app is requesting access to your HubSpot account. Continue connecting if you agree. You need to click on Connect App.

    Note: Before this, you need to have an account with Hubspot. I already have an Account with Hubspot.

  4. You've successfully connected your Hubspot account to your Saleshandy account.

  5. You can confirm in your Saleshandy Account it will show you Two Ticks with Connected ✅.

Mission has been accomplished; you've successfully Connected Hubspot Integration with Saleshandy. 👏

Configuration🔧 & Mapping Fields🗺️

What is Configuration🔧 & Mapping🗺️?

Configuration🔧 involves specifying the settings, options, or parameters to tailor the system to meet specific requirements. This may include setting up Saleshandy default fields.

Mapping 🗺️involves defining how data from one system should be mapped or transferred to specific fields in another system. This ensures that data is accurately and appropriately transferred or synchronized between systems, preserving the integrity and consistency of information.

In summary, Configuration and Mapping fields involve customizing and aligning data elements or fields within a system or between systems to enable smooth operations, data transfer, or integration. We're using this for Saleshandy-Hubspot Integration.

Once you've connected your Hubspot Account, it's time to Configure your Hubspot Account.

  1. Click on the top-right corner, and from the drop-down, select Configure 🔧.

  2. Once configuring it, you can map the fields 🗺️between Saleshandy & Hubspot so data synchronizes between both apps accordingly.

  3. Saleshandy fields are the default fields, whereas you can select the Hubspot fields from the drop-down. And then click on Save.

Mission accomplished; you've successfully configured Hubspot with Saleshandy. 👏

Triggers💡& Activity

Triggers💡 are actions that are performed by the prospect who has been enrolled in a sequence by the user. Examples of Triggers include email sent, email reply, link clicked, sequence email opened, and many more.

Activity🎯 is the actions that are recorded in your Hubspot Account when certain triggers are activated in your Saleshandy account. Examples of Activities include Create a Lead, Deal, Person in Hubspot, and many more.

Once any of the Triggers are activated, their related Activities are performed, and similar activities also get recorded in Hubspot, syncing your data from your Salashandy account to your Hubspot account without going back and forth between the platforms.

🪜Steps to Follow

You need to enable the triggers & activities you want to automate between Saleshandy & Hubspot. You can select from Multiple Triggers available;

  • To enable it, you can use the toggle button ↔️ available, and from the drop-down, you can select the Activity you want to perform.

    Example: When an Email is Sent from Saleshandy you can Create/Update a Contact in Hubspot or Create/Update a Deal in Hubspot or Create/Update a Company in Hubspot or Create a Task in Hubspot or Create a Note in Hubspot or Record(log) an Email Activity in Hubspot

  • Once you have selected the relevant Activity you want, Click on Save. If you have selected Create or Update a Contact in Hubspot, a pop-up will show you to select Lead Status and Lead Lifecycle.

  • Once done selecting, then click Save.

  • If you're selecting Create or Update a Deal in Hubspot, you also need to select some extra configurations, such as Select Pipeline, Select Pipeline Stage, Deal Type, Deal Priority, and Closing Date. Once you are done selecting the configuration, click on Save.

  • If you're selecting Create a Task in Hubspot, you also need to select some extra configurations, such as Task Title, Task Type ( Call, Email, Linkedin, Meeting, Sales Navigator - Connection Request, Sales Navigator - InMail, To Do ), Task Priority (High, Medium, Low ), Due Date. Once you are done selecting the configuration, click on Save.

  • lf you're Creating a Note in Hubspot, You'll first need to Create/Update Contact or Deal to associate Notes in Hubspot (Mandatory). If you haven't done that, creating a note will lead to failure.

  • If you're Recording (logging) an Email Activity in Hubspot, You'll first need to Create/Update Contact or Deal to associate an Email in Hubspot (Mandatory). Recording an email will lead to failure if you haven't done that.
