Zapier Integration🔗

To automate these actions using Zapier and Saleshandy, you will need to set up a Zap (an automated workflow) that connects your CRM with Saleshandy. Before setting up the Zap, make sure you have the necessary API key from your Saleshandy account. To learn more about how to generate an API Key, Checkout 🧬Saleshandy API

🪜Steps to Follow

Step 0 Select Integration Using Zapier

  • Log in to your Saleshandy account, navigate to settings, click on integrations, and click on Integrations using Zapier.

  • Connect Saleshandy to 6000+ Apps using Zapier. Click here to connect it.

Step 1 Create a Zap in Zapier

  • Log in to your Zapier account.

  • Click on "Create" to start creating a new automation. You can also get help from AI as well.

Step 2 Choose a Trigger App

  • Select your CRM system as the trigger app, or if it's not CRM, choose any other app. This is where you'll get the prospect information.

    Example:

    • Salesforce

    • HubSpot CRM

    • Zendesk

    • Zoho CRM

    • Pipedrive

    • ActiveCampaign

    • Google Sheets

Step 3 Select a Trigger Event

  • Choose the event that will trigger the automation in your CRM, such as when a new lead is created or when a specific action occurs. (A trigger is an event that starts your Zap)

    Example:

    • New lead created in Salesforce.

    • New opportunity created in your CRM (e.g., HubSpot).

    • New contact created or updated in HubSpot CRM.

    • New support ticket created in Zendesk.

    • New contact created or updated in Zoho CRM.

    • New deal created or updated in Pipedrive.

    • New contact added or updated in ActiveCampaign.

Step 4 Set Up the Trigger

  • Follow the instructions in Zapier to connect your CRM account/Any app and configure the trigger settings.

  • Zapier will automatically retrieve some of the properties. However, you have the option to retrieve additional properties as well.

Step 5 Test the Trigger

  • Test your trigger. Zapier will find a recent event in your CRM or any App to confirm your trigger is set up correctly. You also have an option to skip the test as well but we don't recommend it.

Step 6 Choose an Action App

  • Select "Saleshandy" as the action app. If it's unavailable, you may need to use the "Webhooks by Zapier" app to request API to Saleshandy.

Step 7 Select an Action Event

  • Choose the specific action you want to perform in Saleshandy from the list. Based on your requirements, you might select actions from below. (An action is an event a Zap performs after it starts)

    Example:

    • Add an Outcome to a Prospect

Add an outcome to the prospect in Saleshandy

    • Assign a Tag to a Prospect

Assign a tag to a prospect in Saleshandy

    • Blacklist a Domain

      Blacklist a domain in Saleshandy

    • Create Prospect/Add Prospect to Sequence

      create prospects in saleshandy

    • Mark Prospect as Finished

Change the status of the prospect to finished in Saleshandy

    • Mark Prospect as Paused

Change the status of the prospect to paused in Saleshandy

    • Mark Prospect as Replied

Change the status of the prospect to replied in Saleshandy

    • Mark Prospect as Resume

Change the status of the prospect to resume in Saleshandy

Step 8 Connect Your Saleshandy Account

  • You'll need to provide your Saleshandy API key in this step. If it's not available as a direct option, use the "Webhooks by Zapier" app to make API requests to Saleshandy, and include your API key in the request headers or parameters. To learn more about how to get the API Key, check 🧬Saleshandy API

Step 9 Set Up the Action

  • Configure the Saleshandy action with the relevant information. If you're adding a prospect, for example, provide the prospect's details.

Step 10 Test Your Zap

  • Test your Zap to make sure the trigger and action work as expected.

Step 11 Turn on Your Zap

  • Once you've tested and verified everything, turn on your Zap to start the automation.

  • Set Up Filters and Additional Actions (Optional):

    • Depending on your needs, you can set up filters and additional actions within Zapier to customize the automation further. For example, you might want to check conditions before marking a prospect as finished or blacklisting a domain.

Step 12 Save and Name Your Zap

  • Give your Zap a name and save it for future use.

Now, whenever the trigger event occurs in your CRM/Any App, the corresponding action will be performed in Saleshandy using the API, automating tasks like adding prospects, marking prospects, adding to a blacklist, attaching tags, and more. Zapier will handle the data transfer and communication between your CRM and Saleshandy. Remember, Currently, it's unidirectional, and you can use Zapier to perform actions in Saleshandy, not vice versa.
