1:1 Email Insights

With the V3 version, we have a separate Chrome plugin to track emails sent from your mailbox. It works differently from the legacy version.

The tracking activity can be seen on the 1:1 Email Insights tab of the Saleshandy web app. The new version of the Chrome plugin is different than the legacy version.

💡Remember: While you could see the tracking activity in Gmail itself, without leaving Gmail, you could track the emails from one Gmail account only, which was your login email to Saleshandy, but with the new version of the Chrome plugin, you can track emails from all of your Gmail account connected. The tracking activity can be seen under the Saleshandy web app > 1:1 Email Insights.

First, you go to the Chrome web store (that's a place on the internet) and add something called Saleshandy Connect Chrome Extension to your web browser. It's like adding a new tool to your browser.💪

Step 2️⃣ Log in to Saleshandy and Track Opens & Clicks

Then, you make an account with Saleshandy using that extension. It's like creating your own special space. Afterward, you open your Gmail and log in using that special extension. Now, Saleshandy is ready to help you!

You're ready to roll once you've got that extension all snug in your Chrome browser. Fire up those emails and send them on their merry way. You're in control!

How to Track Prospect Activity?

When you email someone(Prospects), Saleshandy monitors it. If the person opens your email, clicks on a link, or even forwards it, you get a message on your computer! It's like getting a little pop-up that tells you what happened to your email. 📬👀

Once your email is sent, go to your Saleshandy dashboard, log in (if logged out), and go to 1:1 Email Insights. And guess what? You're in! 🎉🔑

No, it is impossible to send emails manually, one at a time, in Saleshandy. However, if you want to send manual emails and keep track of it, we do have our legacy version for it. You can access it here: app.saleshandy.com

Why 1:1 Email Insights is not showing the updated metric?

If 1:1 Email Insights are not showing accurate data, you need to refresh the tab by clicking on the refresh button in the Insight tab.

Why is1:1 Email Insights not Tracking the email that I sent?

If the email insight is not tracking the emails that you sent, try uninstalling the Chrome plugin.
