Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) is the standard protocol for email services on a TCP/IP network. SMTP provides the ability to send and receive email messages.
To integrate your Email Account with SalesHandy, you need to configure the SMTP settings of your Email service provider in our Web app.
Below we have listed down some of the SMTP settings of some popular ESP (Email service providers) for your convenience.
1. AOL Mail
Server Address: smtp.aol.com
Username: Your AOL Mail screen name (e.g., whatever comes before @aol.com)
Password: Your AOL Password
Port Number: 587 (With TLS)
Alternative Port Number: 465 (With SSL)
Internet Protocol: Dynamic IPs Allowed
Sending Limits: 500 Emails a day or 100 connections a day.
2. Yandex
Server Address: smtp.yandex.com
Username: Your Yandex Mail address (e.g., whatever comes before @yandex.com)
Password: Your Yandex mail Password
Port Number: 465 (With SSL/TLS)
Authentication: Required
Sending Limits: 500 Emails a day
3. Zoho
Server Address: smtp.zoho.com
Username: Your Zoho Mail address (e.g., whatever comes before @zohomail.com)
Password: Your ZOHO Mail password
Port Number: 465 (With SSL/TLS)
Authentication: Required
Sending Limits:
For individual Emails: 300 x total confirmed and active users (per day, per organization)
For Mass Emails:
The mass emails per day, per company, includes Autoresponders, active email Schedulers, Macros, and Mass emails.
4. Sendgrid
Server Address: smtp.sendgrid.net
Username: Your Apikey username
Password: Your API key Password
Port Number: 587 or 25, or 2525 (With TLS)
Alternative Port Number: 465 (With SSL)
Sending Limits: 100 messages per SMTP connection.
5. Gmail
SMTP username: Your Gmail address
SMTP password: Your Gmail password
SMTP server address: smtp.gmail.com
Gmail SMTP port (TLS): 587
SMTP port (SSL): 465
SMTP TLS/SSL required: yes
6. Outlook
Server Address: smtp-mail.outlook.com
Username: Your Outlook Email Address (e.g., [email protected])
Password: Your Outlook Password
Port Number: 587 (With TLS)
Alternative Port Number: 25 (Without TLS/SSL)
Sending Limits: 300 Emails a day or 100 recipients a day.
