Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

So, let's dive in and discover how setting up 🔄Sender Rotation can get the best results for your sequences, increasing the chances of conversions.📧And don't fret; we're here to guide you through the process.

Let's get started! 🚀

🔄Sender Rotation

What is Sender Rotation?

Seamlessly switch between different email accounts within your sequences. With Sender Rotation, Saleshandy lets you add multiple email accounts in a sequence. And when you activate that sequence with more than one email account, the magic begins! 🎩✨

Imagine you have three email accounts connected: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. Now, here's where the fun begins! 🎉

When your sequence is activated, the system automatically takes charge and starts rotating the sending of emails between these accounts. It's like a well-choreographed dance, ensuring each account gets its turn to reach out to your prospects. 🔄💃🕺

Why Sender Rotation?

Sender Rotation boosts deliverability and scales up outreach efficiently. 📈✉️

Distributing the email volume across multiple accounts enhances deliverability while minimizing the risk of exceeding email-sending limits. Creating separate sequences for each account is unnecessary, simplifying your workflow. 🚀💼

Rest easy knowing that if one account faces any issues, your entire email sequence remains unaffected, thanks to the power of multiple accounts working in unison. 💪🔒

How to Set up Sender Rotation?

Let's dive into how you can set up Sender Rotation and revolutionize your email sequences.

3️⃣ If you want to switch to another account, just select it from the window. Apart from these, you can Connect New Email Account as well. To learn more, Click Here.

Once you have added the email accounts, activate the sequence by toggling it on.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

How the emails are distributed and prioritized by Saleshandy?

The system will start sending emails from the latest connected email - one that can be seen first in the list.

Email-sending distribution depends upon the daily sending limit, active sequences with the same email, and sending interval of the particular email account.

What happens if an email account is added to multiple active sequences?

The system will prioritize the latest sequence and the latest added steps. However, in a particular sequence, follow-ups will be given higher priority to sending emails. It depends on the schedule attached, the available sending quota, sending interval, scheduled emails in a sequence, etc.

We suggest avoiding adding a single email account to multiple sequences simultaneously to improve visibility and deliverability.

What happens if any of the connected email accounts get disconnected or deleted?

In case your email account gets disconnected, you can reconnect it, and email sending will normally work for follow-ups, while in case of deletion, even after connecting the email account again, the prospect will not receive any further emails. You need to delete the prospect and add it again.

Can I Add and remove email accounts to a sequence after the sequence is activated?

Yes, you can add & remove email accounts after the sequence is activated, but prospects in the next step will not receive emails until the email account is linked again with the same sequence.

Hover the Email address and click on the 'x' to remove an email.

How does the interval work between two emails sent in case of multiple email accounts?

Saleshandy’s system ensures each email account follows its own email-sending interval and waits before sending the next email to avoid any overlap. If an email account exists in multiple sequences, the system will determine the email-sending pattern, as mentioned above.

You can keep track of the scheduled emails from the Sequence's Emails tab.

Should I have a separate Google Workspace for each new domain or have one Google Workspace with multiple domains/emails?

You can add multiple domains to the same Google Workspace subscription. Check this out: https://support.google.com/a/answer/7502379?sjid=11566858902591981415-AP
