Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

We've been working hard behind the scenes to enhance your Saleshandy experience, and today, we're thrilled to introduce the all-new Saleshandy Client Management feature! 🌟

So, what's the buzz all about? Let me break it down for you:

Client Management

As an Agency user (Admin or Owner), you will see a dedicated "Agency Client Management" tab in the menu sidebar of your Saleshandy account.

👥 Create New Clients

Say hello to seamless client management! Now, you can effortlessly create new clients within Saleshandy.🤩

Follow the steps to Add Clients inside Saleshandy.

  • Click on Add Client

  • Add First Name, Last Name, Client Email, and Company Name, and Set the appropriate Permissions (Full Access or Limited Access ).

  • Permissions:

    • Full Access: Includes the ability to Edit Sequences, Manage Prospects, Send Replies, and Add Templates.

    • Limited Access: Allows Viewing Sequences, Getting Reports, Sending Replies, and Connecting Mailboxes.

    • By default, clients are assigned "View Only" access, but this can be modified during the client addition process.

  • Click on Add, and your client will be added to client management.

💼 Client Management

Access client management right from your briefcase icon – it's never been more convenient! 📁

  • You can view and manage clients, including modifying their details, resetting passwords, and deleting clients.

  • When a client is added, An email will be sent to the Agency User (Admin or Owner) from “[email protected]” containing the client’s credentials. The email will include the client’s credentials, such as their email, password, login URL, and the assigned permissions. As an Agency User (Admin or Owner), you will receive this email and can then manually share the login credentials with your clients, ensuring they have the necessary information to access their accounts securely.

  • Modify Client Permissions:

    • To modify a client's permissions, click the modify icon next to the client's name.

    • Update the necessary fields and save changes.

    • Permissions will be updated, and the client’s view will change accordingly.

💡Remember:

  1. Agency Client Management tab is visible to Agency Admins and Owners.

  2. Client Addition: Agencies can add clients up to the number allowed by their Saleshandy plan.

  3. Editable Fields: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, and Permissions are editable, with the email address being editable only before the client is added.

🔗 Associate Clients with Sequences

Keep your workflows streamlined by associating clients with sequences. It's all about making your life easier, one click at a time! ⏳

💡Remember: To Associate Client, you should have created at least one client inside Client Management. Here is the link to learn How to create a Client inside Client Management.

Associate Client: Select for which client this sequence is created and should be attached to. In our case, we have two clients, [email protected] and [email protected], added to client management so we can associate one of the clients with Sequence.

🚨Important:

  • Association is permanent (After Activating the sequence with client association, it cannot be unlinked to prevent potential data mismatches and reporting discrepancies)

  • If the Client is deleted, you won't be able to associate it with the Sequence

  • Once the Sequence is activated, you won't be able to change the associated client; however, it's only possible once the sequence is in the draft stage for the very first time.

  • If you activate the sequence and then disable it again, you won't be able to change the associated client.

  • You will be able to see an associated client on the sequence page.

📧 Connect Clients with Email Accounts

Do you need to keep track of client conversations? Now, you can associate clients with email accounts hassle-free. You can connect it to one email account, or you can connect it in bulk.

🪜Steps to Follow

  1. Navigate to Settings > Email Accounts

  2. Select Email Account, navigate to Actions, and click on Edit.

  3. In General Settings > Associate Client > From Drop-down Select the Clients.

  4. You've successfully associated the client with an Email Account.

  5. You can also associate the clients in Bulk. Select all the email accounts and click on Bulk update settings.

  6. In Bulk Update Email Account Settings, you can select the client to associate with Multiple email accounts at a time.

  7. You've successfully associated the clients with email accounts in bulk, and you can check this on the Email Accounts Dashboard.

🔍 Clients Associated Filters

Client-associated filters will be available in multiple tabs so that you can easily filters out email accounts associated with specific clients, Conversation associated with specific clients, and connect specific email accounts to sequences in Sender rotation, all conveniently organized into separate tabs.

  • Email Accounts Tab: Settings > Email Account > Navigate to Client Associated Drop-down.

    • You can filter out email accounts connected to specific Client by selecting the client from drop-down. This way even if you have multiple clients you'll still be able to see email accounts associated to specific clients by selecting the email accounts from drop-down.

  • Unified Inbox Tab: Unified Inbox Conversations > Navigate to Client Associated Drop-down.

    • In Unified Inbox, users can filter out conversations based on Associated Clients so that one can see particular client's conversation.

  • When connecting an email account to a Sequence, you can use filters to make sure you're only using specific client accounts.

    • Navigate to your Sequence > Settings > Email Accounts (Sender Rotation) > +Add more Email Accounts > Navigate to Client Associated Drop-down.
