Filter by Prospects/Emails๐Ÿ”

You can filter the reports based on Prospects or Emails, and you'll be able to get the analysis of Prospect Engagement, Prospect Outcomes, and Email Engagement.

Prospect Engagement: It shows Total Prospect Engagement during a selected time range.

Prospect Outcome: It shows the Total Prospects Outcome during the selected time range.

Email Engagement: It shows Total Email Engagement during a selected time range.

Sequence Report will guide you to understanding and harnessing the potential of your prospects and your emails. So buckle up, and let's embark on this thrilling journey together! ๐Ÿš€๐ŸŒ 

You can filter Sequence Reports based on Prospects and Emails. Let's first check it based on Prospects.

This nifty little stat represents the total number of unique prospects added to your sequences within the selected period.

Saleshandy keeps it smart by counting each prospect only once, even if they are added to multiple sequences during the same time frame. So you'll get an accurate count without any duplicates! ๐ŸŽฏ

2๏ธโƒฃ Prospect Contacted ๐Ÿ“ž

Now, this one's interesting! It shows the total number of unique prospects who were contacted from any sequence for the first time within the selected period.

No matter how many sequences they are in or how many times they were contacted, Saleshandy counts them as one shiny, unique prospect. It's all about keeping it simple and focused! ๐ŸŽ‰

3๏ธโƒฃ Prospects Opened ๐Ÿ‘€

Want to know how many of your prospects have actually opened your emails? This stat's got you covered! It represents the number of unique prospects who opened an email at least once until today, regardless of the selected time period.

Saleshandy captures the first open, and that's what counts! Even if a prospect exists in multiple sequences or opens multiple emails, we count them as one engaged superstar.๐ŸŒŸ

4๏ธโƒฃ Prospects Replied โœ‰๏ธ

Engagement is the name of the game, and here's the scoop on replies! This stat shows the total number of unique prospects who replied to any email at least once until today, regardless of the selected time period.

Once a prospect replies, it's counted as a fantastic interaction, even if they receive multiple emails or reply multiple times. We're all about valuing those meaningful connections! ๐Ÿ’Œ

5๏ธโƒฃ Prospects Clicked ๐Ÿ”—

Clicks can be golden, and this stat lets you know who's clicking on your links! It represents the total number of unique prospects who clicked on any link from any email at least once until today.

No matter how often a prospect clicks or receives multiple emails, we cherish those clicks and count them as a single interaction. ๐Ÿ“Ž๐Ÿ’–

6๏ธโƒฃ Prospect Unsubscribed๐Ÿšซ

While engagement is fantastic, we also keep an eye on unsubscribes. This stat shows the total number of prospects who have unsubscribed until today from the list of prospects you've contacted. Stay informed and keep refining your strategies! ๐Ÿš€

Prospect Outcomes

With Prospect Outcomes, you can assign specific outcomes to your Prospects in the sequence.

๐Ÿ’กImportant: We showcase the Unique Prospect Information in the summary tab. So, if you have multiple sequences and duplicate prospects, it will show the latest Prospect's outcomes and their respective Deal Value.

1๏ธโƒฃ Interested ๐Ÿ‘: Emails from leads or contacts who have shown interest.

2๏ธโƒฃ Not Interested ๐Ÿ‘Ž: Emails where the recipient has indicated a lack of interest.

3๏ธโƒฃ Meeting Booked ๐Ÿ“…: Emails related to confirmed meetings or appointments.

4๏ธโƒฃ Automatic Response ๐Ÿ“ฉ: Emails that trigger automated responses.

5๏ธโƒฃ Closed ๐ŸŽ‰: Emails where the conversation has been successfully concluded.

6๏ธโƒฃ Not Now ๐Ÿšซ: Emails requiring attention or follow-up at a later time.

With Prospect Outcomes, you can assign fixed deal values to the sequence. This deal value will apply to the prospects with specific outcomes, such as "Interested," "Meeting Booked," and "Closed." The user can also assign custom deal value to the prospects with the mentioned outcomes.

This gives you a clear view of the total deal value associated with prospects in each outcome, providing valuable insights into your potential revenue generated. Now, you can track your success and optimize your sales process like a pro!

In Prospects Outcomes/Engagement Report,

  • If a Team member has already contacted a person and another user contacts the same prospect for the first time, It will only be shown to the first team member.

  • If the Same prospect is contacted from multiple sequences in the same time period, then the summary tab will consider it as '1' while the table will show a '1' count against each sequence.

  • If the prospect is deleted, all entries will be deleted, and if someone imports the same prospect and contacts again, it will be calculated again.

How do we update the Total Prospects?

It might be a temporary issue if the total prospects count is not updated after deleting prospects from the prospects tab. The system should update the count as per the information provided. When a prospect is deleted, all entries related to that prospect are also deleted. The count will be recalculated if you import the same prospect and contact them again. If the issue persists, consider contacting customer support for further assistance.

No matter when you sent those emails, we only counted the first open for each email till today. Let the insights guide you toward building meaningful connections!

Replies are golden, and we've got you covered there too! This stat shows the total number of 'first-time email reply count' until today out of all the emails sent. ๐Ÿ’Œ๐Ÿ’ฌ

It doesn't matter when those emails were sent; we count the first reply received on each email. Stay engaged with those valuable interactions!

5๏ธโƒฃ Emails Clicked ๐Ÿ”—

Clicks are a treasure trove of insights! This stat represents the total number of 'first-time link clicked count' until today, out of all the emails sent. ๐Ÿ“Ž๐Ÿ’–

No matter when those emails were sent, we count the first link clicked on each email. Dive into the data and discover what resonates with your audience!

6๏ธโƒฃ Emails Bounced ๐Ÿ“ญ

We keep an eye on the bounces too! This stat represents the total number of emails bounced until today out of all the emails sent. ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ“ง

In the Emails Engagement Report,

  • Each step's emails sent to the prospects will be counted. If multiple Sequences have the same prospect, then each email will be counted in summary tabs and in the table against respective sequences.

The "Emails Engagement" report gives you a comprehensive view of each step's emails sent to your prospects. If multiple prospects share the same email, don't worry! Each email will be accurately counted in the summary tabs and in the table against their respective sequences. ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ’ผ

๐Ÿ“ˆTeam Performance

Let's talk teams! ๐Ÿค Our Team Performance Report will make it a breeze to compare teams and their performance. We've simplified it with a handy summation of each team member's performance, so you can easily spot the stars in your squad. โญ

Team Performance reports will be available for Owners, Admins, and Team Managers in plans where ATM (Advanced Team Management) is applicable. That means if you're on a Trial, Pro(limited), Scale, or above plan with ATM support, you're in for a treat! ๐ŸŽ‰

But what if you're not in one of these plans?

No worries! For users without an Advanced team management feature in their plan, we've got a category for you, too - you'll be listed under 'Uncategorized,' so you won't miss out on anything. ๐Ÿ‘ฅ

Team Filters

You can filter Team Performance Report by

  1. Prospects

  2. Emails

  3. Teams

  4. Team Manager

  5. Delete Member (Uncategorized)

  6. Admins

  7. Owners

  8. Timeline

Now, here's the real game-changer: You'll be able to filter the report by deleted users as well. So even if a team member is no longer with us (in the account, that is), their data will still be at your fingertips. ๐Ÿ’ช

Apart from the Team filters in the Team Performance Report, we have added the Team filters at 3 other places inside Saleshandy. They are in the Sequence Tab, Unified Inbox Tab, and Prospects Tab. With this, you can filter out the Sequences, Inbox Replies, and Prospects by Teams.

  1. Prospects Filters: You can use Prospect Filters in the Prospect Tab by clicking on the filter button near the search button and using the filter Prospect owner this way, you can filter Prospects based on Teams.

  2. Unified Inbox filters: You can use Unified Inbox Filters in the Unified Inbox Tab by clicking on the drop-down on the top panel and using the filter Sequence Owner this way, you can filter Replies in Unified Inbox based on Teams.

  3. Sequence Filters: You can use Sequence Filters in the Sequence Tab by clicking on the drop-down on the top panel and using the Sequence Owner button near the search button; you can filter Sequences based on the Teams.

And when it comes to exporting, don't worry, it's business as usual. Just hit that export button, and the report data will land right in your email inbox.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Sequence Steps is showing the Wrong Data / Why all the prospects are not added in Step 2 or Step 3?

For Example, You have 1000 Prospects, and there are currently 250 Prospects in Step 1 and the remaining 750 Prospects in Step 2 or maybe some "x" number of Prospects in Step 3.

The prospect in the Sequence shows the real-time data of the user; 250 in step 1 shows that these prospects were not moved to step 2 as they were finished because of Replied Received, User might have Unsubscribed, or there is a chance email is bounced.

Just so you know, the prospects that were not finished were moved to Step 2 or Step 3 according to your sequence steps.

I'm unable to export data from the reports page. It says I will be emailed shortly, but no emails have been sent.

You may have chosen the large date range. Instead, we suggest downloading month by month. If the issue continues, please get in touch with our support team via live chat.

There is also a case where the email might have landed in spam, and it didn't come through.
