π Big Update: Your Prospects tab has been upgraded to Saleshandy CRM β a visual, action-first workspace where you can see which prospects you've contacted, who replied, and who needs a follow-up, all from one place. Don't worry, your existing prospect data stays exactly the same. You just get a much better way to manage it! π
π₯ Prospect Management
Picture this: you're juggling a bunch of prospects, each with their unique quirks and needs. But fear not, because Saleshandy's got your back with some seriously slick prospect management tools. π Let's break it down together:
π² List & Kanban View (New!)
You can now view your prospects in two ways:
List View β The familiar tabular view you already know and love.
Kanban View β A brand new visual pipeline where prospects appear as cards grouped by stage. Think of it as your outreach command center! ποΈ
Switch between them anytime using the toggle at the top. No data changes β just a different way to see things.
In the Kanban view, you can:
See prospects organized by stage at a glance
Drag and drop cards between columns as conversations move forward
Group your board by Prospect Outcome, Prospect Status, Call Outcome, or your own Custom Categories
Customize what appears on each card by clicking "Edit Card" (default fields: Prospect Name, Company Name, Deal Value, Closing Date, Sequence Name)
Search, filter, and sort β works the same as List view
Want your own stages? Click "Add Category" in the "Categorize by" dropdown, name it, define your columns, and you're set. Your custom category also gets created as a dropdown custom field. πͺ
π‘ Note: Prospects not linked to any sequence can't be moved across columns when using system categories (Prospect Outcome or Call Outcome). You'll see a tooltip if you try.
π€ Prospect Detail Page (New!)
Click on any prospect β from the List view, Kanban card, or search results β and a detail panel opens showing everything about that prospect in one place. No more tab-switching! π
Left Panel β Profile:
Prospect name, position, company, social links, and tags
Key stats: Emails Sent, Opened, Clicked, Replied, Calls Made
All prospect fields with inline editing β click any field to update it
Pin important fields to the top for quick access (email, phone, and company website are pinned by default)
Quick actions: Add Notes, Make a Call, Compose Email, Add Task, Add to Sequence, Add Tag
Right Panel β Tabs:

You're the captain of this ship! Assign prospects to specific team members and keep everything organized like a pro.

Ever wish you could wave a magic wand and sort your prospects into neat little groups? Well, consider tags your magic wand! πͺ Add tags to your prospects, making it a breeze to find and manage them later. To learn more about Tags, Click Here.
3οΈβ£ Sequence
Keep the dance going with sequences! Set up a series of perfectly timed follow-ups to keep your prospects engaged and interested. π
4οΈβ£ Status
Are they on board? Still, deciding? Keep track of where each prospect stands in your sales journey with clear status markers. You can filter from Subscribed, Unsubscribed, Bounced, and Paused.
5οΈβ£ Verification Status
Let's talk about the different verification statuses for your prospects β it's like having your own orchestra of email reliability! π»π΅
Unverified π΅οΈββοΈ: These are the prospects that are yet to get their email credentials checked. They're like that mysterious tune you're dying to hear β you need to hit play!
Valid β : Ah, the sweet sound of success! Valid prospects have been verified and are ready to rock. It's like hearing the perfect note in a melody β on point and harmonious.
Risky π§: Think of these prospects like the slightly off-key notes in a song. They might work, but there's a chance they won't. Proceed with caution, but sometimes the best tunes are the unexpected ones!
Bad β: Unfortunately, these prospects are the bum notes in your composition. They're not valid and won't play well in your sales symphony. It's time to hit the skip button and focus on the better tunes.

6οΈβ£ Created Date
Because every prospect has a story, and knowing when they entered the scene can be super helpful!
7οΈβ£ Custom Fields (New!)
Track the data that matters most with new field types:
Dropdown β Create selection options (e.g., Lead Source, Deal Stage).
Currency β Track deal values with currency type (supports 19 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, INR, AED, and more).
Date β Assign dates like demo day, follow-up date, or closing date.
Two new system fields are also available by default: Closing Date (date type) and Deal Value (currency type). These are optional β use them only if they help you prioritize!
Actions to Perform
Add to Sequence β
Imagine this: you've got a bunch of hot prospects, and you want to keep the conversation sizzling. That's where "Adding to Sequence" comes in β it's like boosting your sales process! π₯
Choose the sequence you want to add them to, and later you must select Sequence Steps. Maybe it's a warm welcome sequence or a follow-up frenzy β you're the choreographer!
You can now also add prospects to sequences directly from the CRM β open the prospect detail page and use the "Add to Sequence" quick action. No need to navigate away!
Send 1:1 Emails (New!) βοΈ
Got something personal to say? Now you can compose and send emails directly from a prospect's detail page β outside of any sequence. Perfect for that personalized nudge or a one-off follow-up! π
Open a prospect's detail page.
Go to the Emails tab.
Click "Send Email" to compose.
Choose your "From" email account, write your message, and hit Send.
Drafts: If you close the compose window without sending, your email is auto-saved as a draft. When you come back, it loads right where you left off.
β οΈ Important: 1:1 emails are treated as external emails. Make sure "Track External Email Replies" is enabled in your settings, or you won't receive replies for these emails.
Add Notes (New!) π
Context is king! Keep your team aligned on important prospect conversations with notes:
Open a prospect and go to the Notes tab.
Click "Add Note".
Write using the rich text editor (supports bold, italics, bullet points, attachments, and links).
Use @mentions to tag a teammate β they'll get a notification.
Set visibility: Public (everyone can see) or Private (only you and mentioned users).
The note saves automatically.
What else can you do with notes? Pin/Unpin them to the top, Edit, Delete, Copy Note URL (shareable link!), Copy Note Content, and Search within notes.
π‘ Tip: You can switch a note from Private to Public and vice versa anytime after saving.
Create Tasks (New!) β
Never miss a follow-up again! Create tasks right from a prospect's profile:
Open a prospect and go to the Tasks tab.
Click "Add Task".
Choose the task type: Call, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Custom.
Set priority, due date, assignee, and any notes.
Save the task.
Actions available: Mark as Complete, Skip, or Snooze. You can also filter tasks by status: Due Today, Upcoming, Skipped, Completed, or Snoozed.
π‘ Tip: Check "Mark as complete" while creating a task to log it as already done. Great for recording calls or actions you've already taken!
Quick Actions on Kanban Cards (New!) β‘
Hover over any prospect card on the Kanban board to access quick actions β no need to open the full detail page:
Edit β Quickly update card fields in a modal.
Notes β Add a note directly from the card.
Call β Opens the dialer with the prospect's phone number (hidden if no phone number exists).
Tasks β View the next 3 upcoming tasks or create a new one.
Unsubscribe Prospect Manually β¨
Hey, we get itβsometimes, things don't click. Easily unsubscribe a prospect by selecting them and hitting that "Unsubscribe" button. Poof! They're out of your hair.
If you're unsubscribing a prospect, engagement activity will not get tracked. For example, email open, replies, clicks, prospect outcomes, and last activity.
Delete ProspectποΈ
No worries if a prospect isn't vibing with your sales groove anymore! Trash the relationship (figuratively, of course) by selecting them and clicking that trusty trash icon.
To Delete Multiple Prospects at a time, select all the prospects you want to Delete and then select the Delete Icon.
To Delete a Prospect list, while importing the prospect, assign the specific tag to that list, and later, you can use the same tag in filters to filter the prospect based on the list and select all the prospects you want to delete and then click on Delete.
If you're deleting a prospect, future engagement activity will not get tracked. For example, email open, replies, clicks, unsubscribes, prospect outcomes, and last activity.
Tag Prospect (Add/Remove Tag)πΊ

Blacklist Domainsπ«
Tired of your emails going to the wrong crowd? No worries, blacklist those pesky domains. Say goodbye to sending emails to the wrong address!
If you have added multiple blocked domains you need to remove it one-by-one manually by clicking on β. As of now we do not have a facility to remove all at once.
Prospect Verification βοΈ
Oops, forgot to check those emails before you hit the "send" button? No sweat! Verify your prospects' email accounts from the CRM. Just select the unverified ones and give them a click. To learn more about Email Verification, Click Here.
Export Prospectsπ
Time to bring those prospects to the party! Export them from your Saleshandy account with a simple click. Get ready to make some sales magic happen!
Creating & Managing Views (New!)
Want to save a specific set of filters so you can jump right back to the prospects that matter? Create a view! π―
Click the "+" icon in the top bar next to your existing views.
Name your view and choose who can see it: Private (only you), Everyone, or a specific Team.
Apply filters to narrow down which prospects appear.
Save β your view is now accessible from the top bar anytime.
π‘ Tip: When you create a Kanban view, a matching List view is auto-generated, and vice versa. Switch between them seamlessly!

What is Saleshandy CRM?
Saleshandy CRM is an upgrade to the Prospects tab. It helps you manage cold email prospects β track outreach progress, see prospect activity, and know what to do next, all in one place.
What happened to my Prospects tab?
It's been upgraded and renamed to Saleshandy CRM. It's not just a name change β you now get Kanban views, activity timelines, notes, tasks, and 1:1 emails. Your existing data stays intact.
Will my existing prospect data be affected?
No. All your existing prospect data stays exactly the same.
Can I still use the list view?
Absolutely! The List view is still available. You can toggle between List and Kanban anytime.
Can I customize the Kanban stages?
Yes. You can use default system categories (Prospect Outcome, Prospect Status, Call Outcome) or create your own custom categories with custom column names and colors.
I need to remove/undo every domain I have listed as Blacklist domains. Is there a way I can remove all of these from this list on your end rather than me having to do it one by one?
No, Currently, we don't have this feature to remove it all at once. But you can remove it one by one on your end.
