Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

We know that reaching out to Risky Prospects can be a bit nerve-wracking, but don't worry; we've got your back! 😉

⚠️Risky Prospects

What are "Risky Prospects"? 🤔

Risky Prospects are those email addresses that may fall into the category of being potentially spammy, unverified, or unengaged. They could be old leads or addresses collected from various sources without proper validation.

Sending Emails to Risky Prospects feature gives users greater control over their email outreach. This feature allows users to choose whether to include risky prospects or not when sending email campaigns.

Engaging with such Prospects can sometimes be challenging, but you can turn the odds in your favor with the right approach! ✨

💡Note: The option to send emails to risky prospects will be turned off by default. Users can rest assured that no emails will be sent to Prospects considered "risky."

How to Send an Email to the Risky Prospect?

Ideally, Sending an Email to Risky Prospects is dangerous as there is a high chance your email will be marked as Spam.

We at Saleshandy won't suggest sending emails to Risky Prospects as it helps maintain a positive sender reputation and reduces the risk of emails being marked as spam.

However, If you still want to Send Emails to "Risky Prospects," Kindly follow the steps, and you'll get there.

🪜 Steps to Follow

1️⃣ Log in to your Saleshandy Account

2️⃣ Click on Sequences, and Select the Sequence you want to make changes.

3️⃣ Check for Sequence Settings, Navigate to Email Verification.

4️⃣ Turn On the Toggle to Send Emails to Risky Prospects. By default, it will be Off to prevent emails from getting sent to Risky Prospects.

⚠️Important

  1. Even if users had previously marked "Include risky prospects" during the import process, the new feature will still prevent emails from being sent to this Prospect if the overall setting is off.

  2. If a user verifies a prospect after sending the first step 1 of their email campaign and the "Sending Emails to Risky Prospects" setting is off, the subsequent emails will not be sent to that prospect.

  3. The prospects who are in "Not Contacted" are the ones who are yet to receive the emails, or for some reason, they have not been contacted yet. (Prospect is risky, bad, or marked as finished, unsubscribed, etc.)

Import Setting Overrides Use Cases:

  1. If the option is turned Off, Emails will not be sent to Risky Prospects.

  2. If the option is turned On, Emails will be sent to Risky Prospects.

This feature empowers users to optimize their email campaigns and maintain a high-quality Prospect list, leading to more effective outreach, improved engagement with their target audience, and assurance that risky prospects are excluded from outreach efforts.

Mission accomplished; you've successfully Shared/Not Shared an Email to Risky Prospects. 👏
