Hello there, Saleshandy users! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Let's talk about your email contacts โ€“ they're like the VIP guests at your digital party, right? ๐Ÿฅณ But wait, not all guests are created equal.

When you're using SalesHandy's Email Verification to validate your CSV file in an email campaign, you'll meet three types of contacts that can influence your campaign success.

๐Ÿ’กRemember: Always Download the Error Report while uploading the CSV File.

Let's break it down! ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Risky, Invalid, and Valid Contacts

Every email address you verify will fall into one of these categories:

1๏ธโƒฃ Valid (Good) โœ…

These are the rockstars of your contact list! ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒŸ With a 100% valid email address, you can rest assured that your emails will reach these contacts safely.

By default, SalesHandy smartly removes all other contacts and keeps only the valid ones in your campaign after verification. ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ”

This helps you reduce hard-bounced emails and ensures smooth sailing for your email campaign! ๐Ÿ“จโœ”๏ธ

2๏ธโƒฃ Risky ๐Ÿšง

Here come the wildcards! ๐Ÿƒ While some of these contacts might have valid email addresses, there's a higher chance of emails bouncing to risky contacts. ๐Ÿ˜Ÿโš ๏ธ

The reason they are marked as risky is their recent email pattern. If any of your recent emails bounced to such addresses for whatever reason, there's a possibility of experiencing similar issues again. It doesn't mean they'll bounce for sure, but there's a risk of bounce or low engagement.

Risky addresses include those that are "Accept All," have a "Full Mailbox," or are "Disposable." ๐Ÿ“‰โš ๏ธ

Don't worry though; SalesHandy automatically excludes risky contacts from your uploaded list after verification. However, if risky contacts make up a small portion of your mailing list, you can include them. ๐Ÿ“‰๐Ÿคž

3๏ธโƒฃ Invalid (Bad) โŒ

The ones to avoid! ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ“ญ These contacts have invalid email addresses, which means sending emails to them is fruitless. In fact, it could lead to bounced emails, negatively affecting your sender's reputation. ๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ’ข

It's highly recommended never to send emails to invalid contacts. Trust us; it's for the best! Now that you know the different verification results, you can confidently streamline your contact list and ensure successful email campaigns! ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ“ฉ

Remember, focusing on the valid ones will lead you to email greatness! ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ’ป

If you're facing issues with accuracy with our email verification or your emails are getting bounced even after using a valid list in the email campaign, please get in touch with us over live chat.
