Step 1 - Open Lead Finder
Once your Saleshandy account is set up, you can access Lead Finder directly from the left sidebar.
Log in to your Saleshandy account.
From the left navigation menu, click the magnifying glass icon 🔍.
This will open the Lead Finder dashboard.
Step 2 - Choose Your Search Method (People/Company)
Inside Lead Finder, you can search for leads in two different ways depending on your prospecting strategy: People Search and Company Search.
Search Using the People Tab

Instead of manually selecting filters one by one, simply describe your ideal customer profile (ICP), and Sage AI will automatically apply the relevant filters and fetch matching results for you.

Default Reveal Settings:
Admins can set a default email type (Work or Personal) for bulk reveal and saving leads to lists from the Admin Settings.
You can also reveal a Personal Email using the “View Personal Email” option available in the table.
💡 You can reveal emails individually or use the bulk reveal option to unlock contact details for multiple leads at once. If Personal Email is set as your default reveal type, revealing a phone number will unlock phone + work email + personal email together, costing 9 credits per lead.
Step 4: Save the Filter
Click Save Filter at the bottom. It will prompt you to add the Filter Name. Then click on Save Filter, and your filter will be saved.
Enter a Filter Name, then click Save Filter to store your search criteria.
You can also edit or delete saved filters from the Filters tab. Your last four recent searches are also shown for quick access.
Step 4: Access Revealed Leads from the Saved Tab
All revealed leads are automatically stored inside the Saved tab in Lead Finder.
You can use the Saved tab to:

To avoid duplicate prospecting, you can enable Exclude Existing Prospects to hide leads that are already saved as prospects and focus only on new leads.

You can Save as a Prospect inside Saleshandy. It will show up in the CRM tab.
