Hello Saleshandy Users 👋🏻

Understanding the effectiveness of your email campaigns is crucial in Saleshandy. To help you do this, we've introduced graphical reporting features that allow you to visualize your campaign data more effectively.

This guide will explain these reports, their usefulness, and how to set them up in your Saleshandy account.

What Are Graphical Reports?

Graphical reports in Saleshandy are visual tools that display your email sequence data clearly and interactively. You can view metrics like opens, replies, and bounces and choose whether to see this data prospect-wise or email-wise. The reports can be filtered by time range and other criteria to focus on what’s most important for your analysis.

Why Use Graphical Reports?

Using graphical reports in Saleshandy helps you:

  • Visualize Data Clearly: Instead of just looking at numbers, you can see your campaign performance in a way that’s easy to understand.

  • Customize Your View: You can adjust the time range and apply filters to see specific sequences or client data.

  • Interact with the Data: Click on the legends to show or hide certain metrics, and hover over data points to see more detailed information.

  • Monitor Campaigns in Real-Time: Reports update automatically, giving you current insights into your email campaigns.

How to Set Up Graphical Reports in Saleshandy

Navigate to the Analytics tab

Log in and click on the analytics tab in your Saleshandy account from the left menu.

The default view shows data from the last 7 days, prospect-wise, with a daily view. This gives you a quick overview of recent activity.

You can use the following filters to customize your Graphical reports.

  • Time Filters: Change the time range to see data from different periods, like the last quarter or a custom date range.

  • Filters for Sequences and Clients: Select specific sequences or client associations to focus your report on the data that matters most.

  • Prospect-wise vs. Email-wise: Decide whether you want to view your data by individual prospects or by emails sent.

  • Use Interactive Features:
Click on the legends to control which data lines are visible, and hover over the graph to see detailed data for specific points.

  • Adjust Time Range Views:
You can view your data daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on the time range you select

  • Metrics View Toggle: You can view the metrics either by numbers or percentages by toggling the switch.

  • Fetch Relative and Absolute data:

Relative Data: This displays data as a percentage or ratio relative to another data point, such as 'Out of contact.' It is useful for comparing performance across different groups. For example, it can show how many prospects opened emails compared to those contacted.

Absolute data: This displays raw data counts within the selected time range. It helps you understand the total volume of activity. For instance, you can view the total number of unique prospects who opened an email during the selected period.

  • Export Reports:
After applying filters, export the data to analyze it further. Choose whether to export prospect-wise or email-wise reports. The data will be sent to your email and formatted as seen in the UI.

  • Share Reports:
Click the 'Share' button to download an image of your graph. You can customize it with headers, background colors, and visibility options for deal values and numbers.
