Enriching your prospect data is crucial for effective outreach. Here's a step-by-step guide on using Saleshandy Lead Finder to gather prospects and then import and enrich this data using Persana.

Log in to Saleshandy and navigate to the Lead Finder.

Apply Filters: Use the filters on the left side to refine your search criteria based on industry, company size, location, etc.

Select the prospects you want and click on the "Save Prospect" button. To export, go to the "Saved Prospects" tab and click on "Export" to download the list as a CSV file.

log in to Persana.ai and access your dashboard. Begin by clicking on "Get Started".

Select "Import CSV" to upload the file you exported from Saleshandy.

When you click "Enrich Data," Persana offers various enrichment options, such as finding work emails, checking for job openings, and analyzing your target audience.

Next, click on "Generate Sales Email," and Persana will use LinkedIn data and OpenAI prompts to create personalized sales emails. Review these emails, then click "Save and Run."

Finally, you can download the enriched data, including the personalized emails, by clicking on "Export."

Create a new sequence or open an existing one in Saleshandy, then add an email step and set the subject line.

Ensure the email body contains the same merge tag used in Persana, such as {{SalesEmail}}.

Upload the enriched CSV file from Persana.

Map the relevant fields, especially the "SalesEmail" field.

Once everything is set, activate the sequence to start your outreach.
