Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

We've got some exciting news to share about the Team Performance Report feature, and it's all about maximizing the value you get from your team. 📈

📈Team Performance

Let's talk teams! 🤝 Our Team Performance Report will make it a breeze to compare teams and their performance. We've simplified it with a handy summation of each team member's performance, so you can easily spot the stars in your squad. ⭐

Team Performance reports will be available for Owners, Admins, and Team Managers in plans where ATM (Advanced Team Management) is applicable. That means if you're on a Trial, Pro(limited), Scale, or above plan with ATM support, you're in for a treat! 🎉

But what if you're not in one of these plans?

No worries! For users without an Advanced team management feature in their plan, we've got a category for you, too - you'll be listed under 'Uncategorized,' so you won't miss out on anything. 👥

Team Filters

You can filter Team Performance Report by

  1. Prospects

  2. Emails

  3. Teams

  4. Team Manager

  5. Delete Member (Uncategorized)

  6. Admins

  7. Owners

  8. Timeline

Now, here's the real game-changer: You can filter the report by deleted users as well. So even if a team member is no longer with us (in the account, that is), their data will still be at your fingertips. 💪

Apart from the Team filters in the Team Performance Report, we have added the Team filters at 3 other places inside Saleshandy. They are in the Sequence Tab, Unified Inbox Tab, and Prospects Tab. With this, you can filter out the Sequences, Inbox Replies, and Prospects by Teams.

  1. Prospects Filters: You can use Prospect Filters in the Prospect Tab by clicking on the filter button near the search button and using the filter Prospect owner this way, you can filter Prospects based on Teams.

  2. Unified Inbox filters: You can use Unified Inbox Filters in the Unified Inbox Tab by clicking on the drop-down on the top panel and using the filter Sequence Owner this way, you can filter Replies in Unified Inbox based on Teams.

  3. Sequence Filters: You can use Sequence Filters in the Sequence Tab by clicking on the drop-down on the top panel and using the Sequence Owner button near the search button; you can filter Sequences based on the Teams.

And when it comes to exporting, don't worry, it's business as usual. Just hit that export button, and the report data will land right in your email inbox.
