We've got some electrifying news that's about to make your day (and your sales process) much brighter. 🌈 Ready for it? We’re rolling out a major update to our beloved Prospect Outcomes feature; let me tell you, it’s a game-changer! 🚀

Picture this: You're diving deep into your sequences, looking for that golden nugget of insight to tell you exactly how well your outreach is performing. But, you've been craving more... something custom, something that screams "you." Well, crave no more! 🍽️

🌟Custom Prospect Outcomes!

Introducing the new and improved Custom Prospect Outcome modal in your company settings, designed with your unique needs in mind.

Here's the Scoop! 🍨

  • New Prospect Outcome Page: It's not just new; it's revolutionary. Now, you can see the sentiment reflection on reply rates right at your fingertips. Positive, negative, or neutral — every reply's sentiment is now beautifully broken down, helping you gauge the success of your sequence like never before. And guess what? Hover over the reply rate, and a magical tooltip appears, showing you exactly that! 🧙✨

  • Customize Like a Pro: Ever felt like you're stuck with outcomes that don't fully express the range of responses you get? Wave goodbye to those days! You can now create, edit, and delete custom outcomes that resonate with you and your team. From “Warm Lead” to “Call Scheduled,” your creativity is the only limit. And with up to 100 custom outcomes to play with, you’ll be spoilt for choice! 🎨

    • 📏 Guidelines

      Before you unleash your creativity, here are some quick guidelines to ensure your outcome names are just perfect:

      • Length matters: Keep it between 1 to 20 characters.

      • No to emptiness: Blank spaces without characters are a no-go.

      • Be expressive: Alpha-numeric values, special characters, emojis, and even multi-language support - bring it on!

      • Space it out: Names like “Call Scheduled” with spaces are totally cool.

  • Sentiment Selection: Each custom outcome comes with a sentiment tag — positive, negative, or neutral. Choose wisely, as this will not only color-code your outcomes for easy recognition but also empower you with insights at a glance. 🚦

  • Global Impact: Created a stunning custom outcome? Apply it globally across all prospects in your SalesHandy account. Yes, you heard it right — global! 🌍

  • Deep Dives and Reports: Want to see how these outcomes play out in reports? You got it! Custom outcomes are not just pretty faces; they add depth to your reports, allowing for exports and insights that were previously just a dream. 📊

  • Unified Inbox and More: Your custom outcomes will show up across SalesHandy — in your main prospect tab, sequence prospect tab, and even in your unified inbox. Filter, sort, and analyze to your heart’s content. 💌

The Cherry on Top 🍒

  • Role and Permission Tweaks: Fear not, team leads and managers! You have the power to edit outcomes created by your team. And for those who cherish their creations, rest assured, only you and the admin can delete or edit your custom outcomes.

  • Open API Adventures: Integrating with your favorite tools like Pipedrive, ZOHO, and Hubspot? Our updated OpenAPI has got you covered, ensuring your custom outcomes flow seamlessly across your tech stack. 🛠️

And There's More...

🔄 Reset and Refresh

We get it, sometimes things don’t go as planned. 🔄 No sweat! We’re introducing an option to reset the outcome of a prospect right at the top, making it super easy for you to give it another go. This nifty little feature applies to the prospect in the sequence you're focusing on without messing with their outcomes in other sequences. A fresh start with just one click!

👀 Who Did That? Get the Credits Rolling!

Spot a brilliant custom outcome and wonder who’s the genius behind it. We’ve got you covered. The creator’s name will be displayed, giving credit where it’s due. 👏

🔄 Updating and Deleting with Care

Change of heart? Update your custom outcome, and watch the magic happen as all associated prospects reflect this change. Need to say goodbye to an outcome? Choose to uncategorize the affected prospects or reassign them to a new outcome. Your call. 🔄

How to Set up Custom Prospect Outcomes?

In Saleshandy's Unified Inbox, you're familiar with assigning categories to conversations. With Prospect Outcomes, those categories will be converted into powerful prospect outcomes.

🪜Steps to Follow

1️⃣Navigate to Settings > Click on Prospect Outcomes > Click on Custom Outcome

2️⃣From the Pop-up, Enter the Outcome Name and Select the Sentiment from a drop-down (Positive, Neutral, Negative )

3️⃣ Once you've added the Custom Prospect Outcome, it will be shown below. You'll be able to see all the Prospect Outcomes with Sentiment Details and who has created them. You also have the option to edit and delete the outcome.

💡Note: If you're Deleting the Prospect Outcomes, you need to select the new outcome for them as well. It will leave all associated prospects uncategorized.
