Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

Ever felt like you're juggling the same prospects across different sequences? We've got your back and are here to make your Saleshandy experience even smoother! 🚀

Prospect in Multiple Sequences

If you've ever re-contacted prospects across different sequences or wanted better control over how the same prospect is used, Saleshandy's got the solution! 🚫🔄

🪜Steps to Follow

1️⃣ Navigate to Admin Settings

Ready to take charge? Swing by the Settings > Admin settings tab.

2️⃣ Choose from Two Options

You're in control! Two options await:

  • Allow verifying prospects while importing. A safety net for the win!

  • Allow adding duplicate prospects in multiple sequences.

Option A: Only when the prospect status is inactive, completed, or finished in other sequences (Default)

  • The same prospect can only be added to another sequence when they are no longer active in another sequence.

Option B: Regardless of the prospect status in other sequences

  • The same prospect can be added to multiple sequences even if they are currently active in another sequence.

📌 Note: For new users, Option A is selected by default.

3️⃣ Turn on/off the switch

Use the "Allow adding duplicate prospects in multiple sequences" toggle to enable or disable this setting.

  • When ON, choose one of the radio options to control when duplicate prospects can be added to other sequences.

  • When OFF, Saleshandy will not allow you or your team members to import any prospect(s) that are already present in another sequence.

4️⃣ You're good to go.

Hit Save! Saleshandy will apply the setting based on your selection.

5️⃣ Double Duty? No Problem!

Do you want your prospects to be in more than one sequence? Turn the toggle ON and choose the rule that fits your workflow.

Note: You can always add a prospect to multiple sequences depending on the selected rule. However, to check how many prospects are present in multiple sequences, currently, we don't have a filter for that.

You can check this in the Prospect tab under the Sequence column to see if a prospect is present in multiple sequences.

Important: This change will apply to all future imports and not to prospects already present in multiple sequences.

Say goodbye to tangled sequences and hello to smooth sailing with Saleshandy's genius settings. Ready to take control like a pro? Let's do this! 🎩🎊🚀

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Saleshandy is sending emails to leads who already have some campaigns. Where can I disable this?

You can disable this from Settings → Admin Settings → Turn OFF “Allow adding duplicate prospects in multiple sequences.”

Do you need to add prospects to step 2 as well?

You only need to add prospects once. However, depending on your duplicate prospect settings, you may be able to add them to another sequence as well.

How to check if there are duplicate prospects?

Saleshandy does not allow duplicate prospect records with the same email address. If a prospect already exists, the system will skip it during import and include it in the skipped prospect report. So you won't be able to check if there are duplicate prospects. If you're adding a prospect manually, it will show why the Prospect with this email already exists in your Saleshandy Account.

How do you check if there are prospects in multiple sequences?

To add prospects to multiple sequences, you need to enable the option to allow duplicate prospects in multiple sequences while importing prospects. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Settings > Admin Settings tab.

  2. Find the "Allow adding duplicate prospects in multiple sequences" toggle and turn it ON.

  3. Choose how duplicate prospects should be handled:

    • Only when the prospect status is inactive, completed, or finished in other sequences (Default)

    • Regardless of the prospect status in other sequences

  4. Save the changes.

So that you know, this change will apply to all future imports and not to prospects already present in multiple sequences.

Note: You can add a prospect to multiple sequences depending on the selected rule. However, currently, we don’t have a filter to show how many prospects are present in multiple sequences. You can check this in the Prospects tab under the Sequence column to see if a prospect is present in multiple sequences.

How to check which prospects are in what sequence?

Go to the Prospects tab and select the prospect you want to check. From there, you can see which sequence the prospect is currently part of. If the prospect is in multiple sequences, click on the sequence name, and it will show all the sequences that the prospect is part of.

Mission accomplished; you've successfully Allowed the same Prospect in Multiple Sequences. 👏

Wishing you a delightful experience! ❤️

Happy Selling. 🤝
