While the Unified Inbox offers a powerful platform to access and plan action items for every email, it's important to be aware of a few limitations.

🔒 Only Sequence Owners Can View Replies

Only sequence owners can view the replies of the prospects. This means that team members without ownership of a sequence won't have access to prospect replies within the Unified Inbox.

📩Only Replies for the Sequence Will be Visible

Only replies for the sequences would be visible in the Unified Inbox. Other types of emails, such as forwarded messages or non-sequence conversations, won't appear in the Unified Inbox.

📤Users can't see Forwarded Emails

Users can't see the conversations for the forwarded emails. Unfortunately, the Unified Inbox doesn't display the threaded conversations for emails that have been forwarded.

While these limitations exist, the Unified Inbox still provides an efficient way to manage and organize your email interactions. Consider these considerations as you navigate the features and make the most of this valuable tool.

🗑️Users can't see the reply if the email account is deleted

The reply is not showing up in the unified inbox as the email account that received the reply was deleted; hence, you couldn't view it in the inbox.

📂 Users can't see the reply if you have created a folder in your mailbox.

The reply won't show up if you have added filters in your mailbox, and as the email is directly added to a folder, it won't be tracked.

Starter Plan & Trial Plan Restriction

  • The Trial & Starter Plan users can only see the First 10 Email Threads.

  • Users in Trial Plan will be able to reply and forward emails.

I have messages in my inbox, but I can't seem to find them.

If you can't find the messages in your unified inbox, it could be due to the following limitations:

1. Only replies for the sequences are visible in the Unified Inbox. Other types of emails, such as forwarded messages or non-sequence conversations, won't appear in the Unified Inbox.
2. Users can't see the conversations for the forwarded emails. The Unified Inbox doesn't display the threaded conversations for emails that have been forwarded.
3. Only sequence owners can view the replies of the prospects. Team members without ownership of a sequence won't have access to prospect replies within the Unified Inbox.

Please ensure that the messages you seek fall within the scope of the Unified Inbox's capabilities and that you have the necessary permissions to view them.

As you've received more email replies, the message you were looking for is in a different tab. Currently, we're showing only 25 Replies in the First tab, and to check the remaining, you need to check all the pages.
