We also allow users to pause their subscription for a specific duration so they're not charged while the subscription is on paused status. The free plan prohibits you from accessing your Saleshandy data while you can access your data when your subscription is paused. |

Also, the system will add some credits to your Saleshandy account, which gets adjusted in the next renewal. The credit amount is determined as per the date you pause the subscription along with your subscription renewal date. |
