Want to know a nifty trick to keep all your Saleshandy data safe while taking a break from our awesome features? 🌟

We've got just the thing for you: PAUSING your subscription! It's way cooler than canceling because you won't lose access to any of your data! 😎

Why is Pausing Subscription better?

Let us break it down for you! When you cancel, your account moves to the free plan, and you won't be able to see any data on your previous usage in your account.😞.

But with pausing, you get to keep all your Saleshandy goodies intact! Sequences, prospects, reports—you name it! 📈📊

⚠️Important: You can pause your subscription for any duration between 1 month and 6 months. As soon as you pause your subscription, your account is immediately moved to the paused status, and it gets auto-resumed after the pause duration. Alternatively, you can also resume the subscription manually whenever you wish to resume it.

How to pause your Saleshandy subscription?

Here's how to work this magic ✨:

1️⃣ Log in to your Saleshandy account and head to the Billing & Subscription tab.

2️⃣ Click the "Cancel Subscription" button and surprise! You'll see an option to pause your subscription. Choose your pause duration and confirm.

Ta-da! Your subscription is now paused for the selected duration! 🗓️

Who should definitely consider Pausing instead of Canceling? 🤔

🔹 If you're on a monthly subscription and just need a little break, go for the pause option! Come back whenever you're ready—Saleshandy will be here waiting! 😇

🔹 Or maybe you're on a yearly subscription, but life has other plans for the next few months. Pause it! You've already paid for the year, and we'll adjust the credits when you're back in action! 💰💼

⚠️ A quick heads-up: Your subscription will automatically resume once the pause duration is over. But don't worry; we'll only charge you on a pro-rata basis when it kicks back in. No surprises! 😉 And hey, we'll even add some credits to your Saleshandy account, which will be adjusted when your subscription renews. We've got your back! 🙌

How to cancel my paused subscription?

If you have already paused your subscription, you must resume first to have an option for cancellation. If you're resuming it again, You will not be charged anything if you cancel right after that.

To cancel your paused subscription, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the subscription you wish to cancel.
2. Complete the cancellation process with a few more clicks.

Please note that if you are a Non-Stripe user (using Paypal, 2checkout, or Razorpay), you will need to contact the Saleshandy Support team for assistance with cancellation.

After canceling your subscription, your account will remain on the paid plan until the current billing cycle ends. Once the billing cycle is over, your account will be moved to the free plan.
