If you’ve been sending cold emails using Google or Maildoso, you're already aware of the risks involved. Google accounts are sensitive, expensive, and not really built for outreach. You have to be overly cautious—and even then, things can go wrong fast.
That’s because both Google and Maildoso use shared IPs, where your email reputation depends on how other people are sending too. One bad sender on the same IP, and your deliverability suffers.
Why Inframail?
Inframail in Saleshandy changes that.
When you set up email accounts using Inframail, you get dedicated IPs—used only by you. It gives you full control over your cold email infrastructure, allowing you to send at scale, stay compliant, and actually reach the inbox.
If you’re looking for clean sending, improved deliverability, and zero technical headaches, Inframail is designed for you.
What is Email Infrastructure in Saleshandy?
Before we dive deeper, here’s a quick primer.
Email Infrastructure in Saleshandy is your complete cold email setup. It includes:
A domain you own
Email accounts linked to that domain
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and tracking domain setup
Warm-up and inbox placement monitoring (if you're using TrulyInbox)
A sending provider (like Google, Maildoso, or Inframail)
In inframail you get all of these things with dedicated IPs.
How to Purchase Email Accounts from Inframail in Saleshandy
Setting up Inframail is easy and fully integrated within Saleshandy. You don’t need to worry about DNS records, IP warmup, or complicated SMTP settings.
Step 1: Create New Infrastructure
Go to the Email Accounts tab in your Saleshandy dashboard and click on “Create New Infrastructure.”
Step 2: Choose Inframail as Your Provider
When prompted, select Inframail. This is your dedicated outreach engine, built specifically for cold emails.
You can choose between 1 IP - $109 or 3 IP - $299 from the dropdown as per your requirement.
Step 3: Search and Buy a Domain
You’ll now be prompted to find a domain to send emails from. Just type in a domain name you want—if you don’t add a TLD like .com or .net, we’ll show you .com results by default.
Want something else like .co, .org, or .info? Add that to your search and we’ll show those suggestions too.
We’ll also suggest lookalike domains you might like, and you can scroll through all the results endlessly (no page numbers, just keep going).
Found something you like? Select it, and it’ll be added to your cart—along with the yearly price, so you know exactly what you’re paying. You can remove any item from the cart at any time, and we’ll update the price instantly.
You’ll only pay $14/year for a domain. You can add multiple domains to your cart in one go.
We’ll prompt you to add a forwarding domain right after selecting your domain. You can always edit it later. If you skip this step and move ahead, don’t worry—we’ll remind you to add it before continuing.
Step 4: Add Email Accounts
Now comes the exciting part—creating the email accounts that will send your cold emails.
By default, Saleshandy generates three email addresses based on your name. For example, if your name is Piyush Patel, you might get:
If your name is short or doesn't allow for three variations, we’ll generate 2 versions instead (e.g., [email protected], [email protected]).
You can always delete or add variations manually—just click the ❌ icon.
You’ll also be able to upload a profile picture, add/edit the first and last name (only once), and choose the domain you want the emails tied to.
Each domain allows a maximum of 5 email accounts and each IP allows 400 email account.
These accounts are created under your domain and automatically set up with:
SPF/DKIM/DMARC records
Tracking domains
Custom inbox setup
Integration with TrulyInbox (if enabled)
Step 5: Select Your IP Package
Here’s where you get full control over your sending environment.
Inframail offers dedicated IPs, so your reputation is protected.
You can add IPs in multiples of 3—each set costs $299/quarter.
Need more IPs later? You can always add them as you add more accounts.
1 IP supports up to 400 email accounts, giving you massive scale with reliable sending.
Step 6: Proceed to Payment
You’ll get a clean summary:
Domains = one-time fee ($14/domain)
Email Infra (IPs + setup) = billed quarterly ($299 per 3 IPs)
Checkout happens via Stripe. All major cards are accepted, and billing is secured.
Once paid, your infrastructure starts setting up right away.
Key Considerations Before You Start
Here are a few things to keep in mind while setting up and managing your Inframail infrastructure:
You can’t delete email accounts once created. You can pause them, but not delete or rename them. Make sure the name and setup works for you before confirming.
Domains are cancellable, but only at the end of the billing cycle. If you delete a domain, all associated email accounts will be removed at the end of your term.
You can’t exceed 5 email accounts per domain. This is a hard cap.
Email accounts are charged quarterly. Domains are billed yearly.
Each IP supports 400 email accounts. If you add more accounts later, ensure you’ve enough IP addresses.
Cart remains saved until logout. Even if you abandon it mid-way, we’ll pick it up again when you return.
If a domain becomes unavailable during setup, you’ll receive credits for that domain + associated emails.
Forwarding domains are optional, but recommended. You can always edit or add them later.
Subscription cancellation or payment failure leads to automatic deletion. To avoid losing data, ensure your billing details are up to date.
All domain and infra purchases are visible in your Billing & Subscription portal. You can manage cards and download invoices from there.
You must type 'delete' to confirm domain deletion. We’ll warn you about what happens—like how your sequences won’t send from deleted domains anymore.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Can I delete or rename email accounts created via Inframail?
No, once email accounts are created, they can’t be renamed or deleted. You can only pause them. So be sure the names and domain work for you before purchase.
2. What if I need more than 5 email accounts for a domain?
Each domain supports up to 5 email accounts. This is a strict limit to maintain domain health and sender reputation. You’ll need to purchase an additional domain if you want more accounts.
3. How many IPs do I need?
Each IP supports up to 400 email accounts. Start with the minimum (3 IPs = $299/quarter), and you can scale up in multiples of 3 as your team grows.
4. What happens if my domain becomes unavailable after payment?
If any domain becomes unavailable during the setup process, we’ll automatically credit your account for that domain and the associated email accounts.
5. Can I cancel or remove a domain?
Yes, but only at the end of your billing cycle. You'll need to confirm the cancellation by typing "delete" and acknowledging the consequences (like sequences not sending from those accounts anymore).
6. Is the domain fee refundable if I cancel early?
No. Domains and email accounts are non-refundable, even if canceled early. Plan your setup with this in mind.
7. Will my setup auto-renew?
Yes. Domains are charged yearly and email infrastructure is charged quarterly. You’ll receive a reminder email in the 10th month for domain renewal.
8. Can I change the first or last name of the email accounts later?
No. These details are fixed once the account is created. Double-check before proceeding.
9. Can I access my cart later if I don’t finish the setup?
Yes! Your cart will be preserved until you log out. If you return to the process, you can pick up right where you left off.
10. What if my payment fails?
If your quarterly payment for email accounts fails, your infrastructure (domains + accounts) will be deleted. Stripe will also send you failure alerts before this happens.
