Step 3️⃣ Setup DNS Records
You need to set up three DNS Records, primarily.
SPF
DMARC
DKIM
⚠️ Important: Setting the SPF & DMARC record is not applicable if you use a free email account like gmail.com, outlook.com, or yahoo.com.
You can set it up only using a business email with your domain attached (i.e., [email protected]).
So that you know, this setup needs to be done from your email provider side.
How to Check in Salehsandy if the DNS records are set up for your email account?
Create your email sequence inside Saleshandy
Add/Connect your email account by going to your sequence settings
Once that is done, click on sequence score to check your email setup score.
You can go to Email setup score, it will show if your records are set up or not.
If your records are all set up you are good to go, otherwise you need to set up records.

How to Set up SPF Records?
SPF 🔒acts as the lock, specifying which authorized servers can send emails on your domain's behalf. Along with DKIM, it forms a robust defense against unauthorized email activity. 🔐✉️
If SPF records are missing, you must create a new TXT record. Hence, you will need access to your domain's DNS manager.
📺 Video Guide
You can learn more about SPF by following this guide.
How to check if your SPF is set correctly?
You can go to this website and enter the domain of that email address.
If it shows a green checkmark next to SPF ✅, it means an SPF record has been added to that domain, but it doesn’t necessarily mean it is correct.
You can click on SPF, and it will show the SPF value added in the DNS manager.
You can review that value to check whether the SPF value is correct or not.
How to Setup DMARC Records?
DMARC is a powerful email authentication protocol that takes email security to the next level.
It allows domain owners to set policies for email receivers on how to handle emails that fail authentication checks.
If DMARC records are missing, you must create a new TXT record. Hence, you will again need access to your domain's DNS manager.

How to set up a DKIM record?
By using DKIM, you build trust with email providers, which improves your email deliverability.
It helps your emails land in the recipients' inboxes instead of being flagged as spam.
If DKIM records are missing, you must create a new TXT record. Hence, you will again need access to your domain's DNS manager.

If you don't have a custom tracking domain, Saleshandy uses a shared tracking domain to track your opens and clicks.

🪜Steps to Follow
Navigate to Settings >> Email Accounts.
You can choose the Email Account to which you want to ‘Add a Signature’.
Go to general settings, and you will see an email signature box to add your signature.

This tool will remain free for Saleshandy Paid users according to the Saleshandy Plan details.
Refer to this step-by-step process to set up warm-up for your email account.
Step 7️⃣ Setup advanced deliverability settings
These are some deliverability-friendly settings that help in improving the daily sending limits of your email accounts.
Simply go to Settings >> Email accounts >> Choose the email account >> Sending settings
Setup daily email sending limits
It is recommended to keep it below 50 for best results. Anything more than that can impact your deliverability.
2. Setup time interval between two emails
Make sure you are having some gap between every next email to avoid alerting spam filters. 90-160 seconds gap is something that is best.
3. Enable ramp up
Email Ramp-up is a method used to increase your daily email sending limit over time gradually.
Instead of bombarding your recipients with a ton of emails all at once, you start with a small number and then gradually increase it each day
Check out this guide to set up email ramp-up for your email account
That’s all folks!
