The best way to protect it? Use secondary or lookalike domains—and now, you can purchase them directly within Saleshandy along with email accounts.

How to Purchase Domains and Mailboxes in Saleshandy

To buy domains and ready-to-use mailboxes, follow these steps to purchase email accounts and domains:

1. Log in to your Saleshandy account. Navigate to the Email Accounts Tab in the navigation bar on the left.

2. Click on Create New Email Infrastructure. Creating sending infra with Saleshandy comes with added benefits:

  • We set up your accounts

  • Automatic reconnects

  • US IPs only

  • Email deliverability optimized

  • SPF, DMARC & DKIM set accounts

  • Starting at $4/month

3. Once you click on it, you can choose your preferred email provider with which you want to buy email accounts.

4. After choosing an email provider, enter your desired domain name. Based on availability, the list of available domain names similar to your entered domain will appear. Add to the cart the one/s you want.

Your selected domains will be shown in the cart at the bottom of the screen with the total cost that you will be charged per year. You can click on it to review the list of your selected domains with their pricing.

Note: Each domain charges 14$/year

Now click on Next

5. Once you have selected the domains, you are directed to set up your forwarding domain. The forwarding domain can also be edited later.

6. After setting up the forwarding domain, you are directed to the Create Email Accounts section.

The mailboxes are auto-generated, but you can customize them before purchase.

To customize your mailboxes: Fill in the information First Name, last name, and Email Address.

Once you do that, you can select the domain you want to customize from the @All domains dropdown. You can select multiple domains from the dropdown if you want to keep the information the same for all the domains.

Once done, add the profile image to be shown for email accounts and click on Add.

You can also add the same profile picture for all the email accounts by clicking on the Upload profile picture below the customization section.

The image should not be more than 1 MB

The system will auto-generate email accounts with your customizations. You can choose your preferred email accounts from the list.

Note: Each email account will cost you $4/mo. In Saleshandy you will be charged per quarter for email accounts. So if you choose to buy 5 email accounts, you will be charged $60/quarter.

7. After choosing your Domains and Email accounts, click on Next and you will be directed to the contact details tab where you need to fill in details for billing purposes.

Please remember to review your cart before making the payment.

You will see the total pricing of the mailboxes (billed per quarter) and the domains (billed annually) with a detailed breakdown.

Check carefully and click on Continue to Payment. On the next pop-up, make the payment.

Now you can see all the newly generated email accounts for the domain/s you purchased.

Once purchased, all email accounts will be automatically connected to Saleshandy and TrulyInbox.

Once you have purchased domains and email accounts you can see transaction history in billing and subscription in settings.

Key Considerations

  • You can buy only 5 email accounts per domain.

  • Email Accounts auto-renew quarterly.

  • Mid-month deletions are non-refundable.

  • Additional email accounts cannot be added to an existing domain after purchase.

  • Email Account credentials are not provided to prevent multiple logins and avoid IP/mailbox blocking.

  • Email Account names cannot be changed once added.

  • All members of the team can purchase the email accounts. Only client users cannot.

Deletion of the Domain/Email Account

  1. To delete domains simply click on the delete button in the actions column adjacent to your purchased domains.

Note: Domain deletion takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. Until then, you can reverse the cancellation if needed.

2. Till the time the billing cycle has not ended after your deletion and you want to revoke the domain and associated email accounts simply click on the revoke button.

If revoked, all domains and email accounts will be charged as normal.

Please note Email accounts cannot be deleted individually but can be paused.

What is the Email Infrastructure feature?

Saleshandy Email Infrastructure allows you to purchase domains and email accounts directly from different ESPs, simplifying the setup process with pre-vetted vendors and automated SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations.

Can I use the purchased email accounts immediately after purchase?

Typically, the setup takes 24 to 48 hours due to technical configurations. Once completed, your email accounts will be ready for use.

What is the billing model for domains and mailboxes?

  • Domains are billed annually.

  • Mailboxes are billed quarterly.

Can I delete unused mailboxes to avoid monthly charges?

No, you need to delete the domain altogether. Mid-month deletions are not allowed

Can I add new domains or mailboxes later?

No, you can’t add new email accounts to an existing domain, but you can purchase additional domains and mailboxes anytime through the Email Accounts section in your Saleshandy dashboard.

How do I configure my email accounts for sending and receiving emails?

Saleshandy automates SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations to ensure proper authentication and deliverability.

Can I recover a deleted domain or mailbox?

No, deleted domains and mailboxes cannot be restored. You’ll need to purchase them again if required.

What happens when the sending limit is reached?

When an account’s sending limit is hit, no more emails will be sent until the reset period. You can wait for the daily reset or add more mailboxes to distribute your sending volume.

What TLDs are available for purchase?

Most Top-Level Domains (TLDs) are supported, but we recommend using “.com” for better deliverability and trust.

How many domains are set up in one workspace?

Each workspace is limited to one domain.

Can I transfer my purchased domain and mailboxes outside Saleshandy?

No, domains and mailboxes purchased through Saleshandy cannot be transferred outside the platform. This is to ensure that we can maintain the deliverability and all the authentications for you.

Does using these inboxes pose a deliverability risk to Saleshandy?

No, these inboxes do not impact Saleshandy’s deliverability.
