  2. Score – Displays an engagement-based score for each sequence, helping you assess its performance.

  3. Prospects (Clickable) – Shows the total number of prospects in the sequence. Clicking on it will present a detailed breakdown of prospects in each step of the sequence.

    • Contacted – Number of prospects contacted.

    • Opened – Number of email opens.

  4. Replied (Clickable) – Click to be redirected to the Unified Inbox, filtered to show all replies from the sequence.

  8. Created By – Displays the creator of the sequence.

Clicking on a few of these metrics will open a detailed breakdown, and clicking further will redirect you to the corresponding tab inside the sequence or in the unified inbox.

Let's see the breakdown.

1. Real-Time Sequence Progress Tracking

This shows the breakdown of the prospect's stage in that sequence. You can now see:

  • The overall sequence progress is prospects those are (Finished + Completed / Total prospect added in that sequence)

  • Here is a detailed breakdown of the prospect status on hover when clicking the sequence progress bar:

  • Prospect Added – Total number of prospects added to the sequence.

  • Not Contacted – Prospects who have not yet received any emails.

  • In Progress – Prospects who are scheduled in the sequence.

  • Completed – Prospects who have finished all steps in the sequence.

  • Finished – Prospects who have exited the sequence for various reasons. The finished count shows the total of unique prospects in the following sub-categories:

    • Risky Prospect (Only shown if the "Allow Risky Prospects" toggle is off)

    • Bad Prospect

    • Unsubscribed

    • Bounced

    • Replied

    • Blacklisted

    • Marked as Finished

Sequence progress hover calculation

This calculation is based on the total number of prospects added (1,030).

📌 How it’s calculated:

  • Each percentage is derived from the total prospects added (1,030).

  • This gives a clear view of where each prospect stands in the sequence.

2. Prospect-Level Breakdown

In the prospect column, clicking on the number of prospects will show their segregation into the respective steps.

On clicking the arrow icon there, you will be redirected to the prospect tab inside the sequence.

3. Replies Insights

The Replied column is clickable. When you click on the reply count, the Unified Inbox will open automatically with the sequence filter applied, allowing you to see only the replies from that sequence.

Similarly, the Positive column is also clickable. Clicking on the reply count will open the Unified Inbox with both the sequence filter and the “Positive” outcome filter (including both system and custom positive outcomes) applied.

This ensures you see only the positive replies for that sequence. The filter panel will remain closed for a seamless experience.

Inside the Unified Inbox, replies will now be categorized by sentiment: Positive, Neutral, and Negative.

Clicking on any of these will automatically select all outcomes under that category, with the flexibility to choose individual outcomes if needed.

Please note, this calculation of Contacted, Opened, Replied and Positive Replied is based on the total number of contacted prospects (322), providing insights into engagement.

📌 How it’s calculated:

  • The percentages here are based on contacted prospects (322), not total added prospects.

  • For example, opened (97) means 97 out of 322 contacted prospects opened the email, which is 30%.

  • This helps track the engagement rate after emails are sent.

4. Email Account Insights

When you hover over the number in the Email Account column, you'll now see the email accounts added to that sequence, along with their connection status—whether they are connected, paused, or disconnected.

Here’s what the status indicators mean:

  • 🛑 Red dot → Disconnected account

  • ✅ Green dot → Connected and actively sending

  • ⏸️ Grey dot → Connected but paused

This makes it easy to quickly check which email accounts are linked to a sequence and their current status.

Note: We’ve introduced a Paused status for email accounts. This means the account is still connected but is temporarily not sending emails.

Key Considerations

  • The “Client Associated” column will not be visible to the clients. Only users who have created clients can see this column.

  • For both Limited and Full Access Clients, the Unified Inbox will show:

    • Positive Replies

    • Replies from that specific sequence

  • The "Learn More" link in the info ("i") icon will not be visible to White Label users.

  • Clients will now be able to see the sending limit in the Email Account section.

Key Takeaways

  • No more digging through individual sequences – view sequence health instantly.

  • Clickable insights streamline workflow and allow quick access to detailed views.

  • Real-time updates help you make informed decisions at the right time.

This update ensures that managing your sequences is not only easier but also more efficient.

  • The Sequence Progress bar gives a visual breakdown of where prospects are in the sequence.

  • Hovering over it shows key prospect statuses like:

    • Yet to be Contacted

    • In Progress

    • Completed

    • Finished (Unsubscribed, Bounced, Replied, etc.)

  • Clicking it opens a detailed breakdown for better tracking.

4. Can I see a breakdown of prospects per step?

Yes! Clicking the number under the Prospects column will show how many prospects are at each step. Clicking the arrow icon will take you directly to the Prospects tab inside that sequence.

5. How do I track replies and positive outcomes?

  • Clicking the Replied on Sequence listing page column will open the Unified Inbox with a filter applied for that sequence’s replies.

  • Clicking the Positive column on the Sequence listing page will show only positive replies (both system and custom-defined positive outcomes).

6. Can I filter replies by sentiment?

Yes! In the Unified Inbox, replies are categorized as Positive, Neutral, and Negative. Clicking on these categories will auto-select all relevant outcomes, but you can manually adjust them if needed.

7. How is engagement (opened, replied, positive) calculated?

Engagement metrics are based on the number of contacted prospects, not the total added prospects.
For example, if 322 prospects were contacted, and 75 opened, the open rate is (75/322) = 25%.

8. How can I check which email accounts are linked to a sequence?

  • Hovering over the Email Accounts column will display connected accounts along with their status:

    • Green dot – Connected & actively sending

    • ⏸️ Grey dot – Connected but paused

9. What are the key differences between Full Access and Limited Access Clients?

  • Full Access Clients can view the Clients Associated column and are redirected to the Sequence > Prospect view.

  • Limited Access Clients won’t see the Clients Associated column and won’t have redirection buttons for sequences.

  • Both client types can access the Unified Inbox with positive replies and replies for that sequence.

10. How fast does the Sequence Listing Page load?

  • Page Load Time: Under 2 seconds

  • Hover Interaction Speed: Tooltips appear within 100ms

  • Click Response Time: Clicking on key metrics (Replied, Positive, etc.) opens the relevant tab within 200ms

12. Are updates on the Sequence listing page reflected in real time?

Yes! If an email is sent and all steps are completed for a prospect, the Sequence Listing Page updates instantly to reflect the change.

13. Why don’t the dropdown values under the "Finished" column sum up to the total count of finished prospects?

The "Finished" column shows the total number of unique prospects who have completed the process. The sub-categories like "Risky Prospect," "Bad Prospect," and "Unsubscribed" are not mutually exclusive, meaning one prospect can belong to multiple categories.

For example, a prospect could be both "Risky" and "Blacklisted," so they would appear in both categories. However, each unique prospect is only counted once in the "Finished" column, even if they fall into more than one sub-category. This is why the sum of the sub-categories might not match the total count of finished prospects.
