How To Check Who Has Unsubscribed from Sequence?
Select your Sequence > Click on Prospect Tab > Click on Clicked Drop-down > Click on Unsubscribed.
This will show you the unsubscribed prospects from the selected sequence.

How to Unsubscribe Prospect manually?
Inside Prospect Tab
Click on the Prospect Tab from the left side
From the Direct Prospect tab, You can also select the prospects manually, and on the top, there is a button to unsubscribe. This way, you can mark the prospect as unsubscribed.
Inside Sequence Tab - Sequence level
Select Sequence > Click on Prospects Tab
From Inside the sequence prospect tab, you can select the prospect manually as well as using filters and once you're done selecting it you can click on the unsubscribe button.
How to Add an Unsubscribe link?
To add an Unsubscribe link, please go to Sequence > Settings > Unsubscribe > Use Unsubscribe Link in Emails (enable the toggle) > Save
By default, it's turned on.
