Steps to Follow
1️⃣ Attaching Files When Creating a Sequence
When you're creating a sequence and adding an email step, follow these steps:
Look for the attachment icon (it looks like a little paperclip 📎) in the formatting options at the top bar of the content editor.
Click on the icon, and you can attach your file directly to the email.
2️⃣ Attach Files While Replying from the Unified Inbox!
Now, you can attach files even when replying to emails directly from the unified inbox.
Just find the email you want to reply to, hit reply, and click the attachment icon (a little paperclip 📎) in the top bar of the content editor.

Quickly upload attachments by dragging and dropping them into the Saleshandy email editor—no need for the traditional upload process.
Once added, attachments can be easily accessed and downloaded directly from your email sequences.
For Admins: You can view attachments uploaded by your team by visiting the specific email sequence step.
Whenever you add an attachment to your email content in Saleshandy, you'll notice a nifty little clip icon 📎 right next to the email content. It's like a helpful visual cue that your attachment is securely in place!

Limitations of Adding the Attachments
1️⃣ Max Attachments: Up to 4 files can be added per email step. A/B test variants can also have their own set of 4 files.
2️⃣ Size Limit: Ensure the total email size (content + attachments) stays under 20 MB for optimal deliverability.
3️⃣ Handling Large Files: For files larger than 20 MB, use cloud storage services like Google Drive or OneDrive and share the link in your email.
Note: Too many links in your email can hurt deliverability. Using attachments instead can improve your chances of successful delivery and better conversions.
