Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

Ah, the magic behind the scenes! Let me spill the beans on how Saleshandy sequences work their email-sending wonders. 💌✨

When you hit that magical "Send" button in Saleshandy sequences, here's what happens:

  • First off, Saleshandy works its behind-the-scenes mojo to connect with your ESP. It's like a digital handshake, ensuring everything is set up and ready to roll. 🤝💻

  • Next, Saleshandy takes the reins and delivers your meticulously crafted emails on your behalf. It's like having a trusty email assistant that never sleeps! ⏰📧

  • The emails are sent out according to the predefined schedule you've set up within your sequence. It's all about timing and making a lasting impression. 📅⏳

📤Sending Pattern of Emails from Sequence

Let's take a closer look at how emails work within Saleshandy sequences. It's time to unravel the mysteries behind the sending pattern and clearly understand how everything falls into place. 💌✨

1️⃣ Daily Sending Limit 🧮

When you send emails through Saleshandy, they go out from your email account's server, which means they're subject to your email service provider's daily sending limit. It's important to keep this in mind to stay within the allowed boundaries. Check out "What is your daily sending limit?" to find out the specifics of your account.

2️⃣ Sequence Schedule 📅

With Saleshandy, you're in control of when your emails are sent. You define the schedule for your email sequence, deciding the start and stop times. It's like being the conductor of an email orchestra! 🎵🎩 If you want to dive deeper into managing schedules, explore the comprehensive guide called "📅Sequence Schedules(Time Zone, Day, Time): What, Why, and How to Set It Up?."

3️⃣ Time Intervals ⌛

Sending emails too frequently or with short time gaps can raise suspicions of bot activity. To avoid any unwanted attention, Saleshandy cleverly inserts a random gap of 60 to 190 seconds between each email sent from your account. It's like adding a touch of randomness to keep things smooth and natural. 🕒⚡️ You can find more details on managing time intervals in "How to manage the time intervals."

4️⃣ Email Ramp-up 🎢

Email Ramp-up is a method used to increase your daily email sending limit over time gradually. There might be a possibility that the Email Sending limit is Exhausted because you have enabled Email Ramp-up. Let's start with a sending limit of 10 emails and increase it by 10% daily until it hits 200. It'll take approximately 33 days to reach 200. Don't worry; if the system reaches the maximum number of emails it can send on the last day, it won't exceed it! Safety first! 👍

Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.s)

Which step will send the email first when multiple prospects are in multiple steps?

Multiple Prospects in Multiple Steps: Picture this scenario—multiple prospects scattered across different steps of a sequence. To ensure fairness, Saleshandy follows a priority/weightage system. The later steps are given higher priority/weightage than the previous ones. So, if you have five steps with 20 prospects each, the system will start by sending emails from step 5 (5 emails) and then move to step 4 (4 emails), and so on. It's like a well-organized email relay race! 🏃‍♀️📤

Priority of the steps: 1 < 2 < 3 < 4 < 5 < ...

Weightage: x < 2x < 3x < 4x < 5x < ...

Which sequence will send the email first when multiple sequences are active?

Multiple Active Sequences: Now, imagine having multiple sequences running simultaneously. Saleshandy handles this gracefully by prioritizing the recently created sequences. The first email is sent from the newly created sequence, followed by the second email from the older sequence, and it continues in this pattern as long as multiple sequences are active. It's like a dance of sequences, with the newest ones taking the spotlight. 💃🌟

How can I ensure the campaigns prioritize new prospects compared to the follow-ups? My campaigns contact very few new people per day and focus on follow-ups?

I want to share with you that the system is designed to send the emails from the recently created steps first.

For example, if you have 5 steps in a sequence and all steps have prospects in them, then the system will send the emails from Step 5 first, then Step 4, then Step 3, Step 2, and then from Step 1.

So number of emails sent will be 5 from Step 5, then 4 from Step 4, then 3 from Step 3, then 2 from Step 2, and 1 from Step 1.

I'm getting this error, This is a tentative date for sending emails in this step, assuming you add prospects today. The actual date may change as per the attached schedule, sending quota & other ongoing sequences.

The message - "This is a tentative date for sending emails in this step, assuming you add prospects today. The actual date may change as per the attached schedule, sending quota & other ongoing sequences." - this is not an error.

The dates shown in the sequence step are tentative because they might change according to the changes made to the sequence step. For example, if any changes are made today, the emails will be sent according to that date and the available schedule. It won't affect the active sequence.

Mission accomplished; you've successfully learned the Sending Pattern of Emails from Sequences. 👏

Wishing you a delightful experience! ❤️

Happy Selling. 🤝

Warmest regards,
