Where Do I See If a Prospect Was Successfully Pushed to Aimfox or HeyReach?

Once a prospect reaches the LinkedIn Automation step, Saleshandy tracks every push attempt and logs the outcome. You have three places to check the status.

Tasks module

The Tasks module is where you get a full view of all LinkedIn Automation push activity across your sequences.

Completed tab

Shows all LinkedIn Automation tasks where the prospect was successfully pushed to the selected campaign and moved to the next step in the sequence.

Failed tab

Failed tab shows every prospect where the push didn't go through, along with the specific error reason.

To get here:

  1. Click Tasks from the left navigation bar

  2. Select the Failed tab

From here, you can review the error, fix the issue, and click Retry directly β€” without restarting the sequence.

Prospect detail page

For a prospect-level view, open any prospect's detail page and go to the LinkedIn Automation tab.

This shows:

  • The campaign the prospect was pushed to

  • Current push status

  • Error message (if the push failed)

To get here:

  1. Go to the prospect's name from your sequence or the CRM

  2. Click to open their detail page

  3. Select the LinkedIn Automation tab

Activity timeline

The Activity Timeline on a prospect's detail page logs every push attempt β€” success or failure β€” with a timestamp. This gives you a chronological record of what happened and when.

FAQs

A push shows as complete in Saleshandy, but the prospect isn't in the campaign

If the task is marked Complete in Saleshandy but you can't find the prospect in the campaign on Aimfox or HeyReach, check the following:

  • Confirm you're looking at the correct campaign on the platform

  • Check if the campaign was duplicated or renamed after the step was set up

  • Contact Aimfox or HeyReach support to verify if the prospect was received on their end

The Failed tab is empty, but prospects aren't moving forward

If prospects are stuck on the LinkedIn Automation step but nothing shows in the Failed tab, the task may not have been triggered yet. It typically takes up to 15 minutes after a prospect reaches a step for the task to be created and the push to run. Wait and refresh. If the issue persists, contact Saleshandy support.
