Which Platforms are Supported on Saleshandy?
Saleshandy currently supports two LinkedIn automation platforms:
Aimfox
HeyReach
If you use a different LinkedIn automation tool, click Request a new tool inside the setup to submit your request.
You'll need an active paid plan on Aimfox or HeyReach with at least one campaign already created. You'll also need your API key from the platform.
Here's where to find it:
For Aimfox: Log in to your Aimfox account → go to Settings → open API Keys → copy your existing key or generate a new one.
For HeyReach: Log in to your HeyReach account → go to Settings → open Integrations → copy your existing key or generate a new one.
How to Connect Your Account in Saleshandy
In your sequence, go to Sequence Builder → click + Add Step → select LinkedIn Automation
Choose Aimfox or HeyReach
Paste your API key in the field shown
Select the campaign
Map the fields from the platform to Saleshandy
Click Connect
Your account is now connected and saved permanently. You won't need to reconnect for any future steps or sequences.
Can I Use Both Aimfox and HeyReach In the Same Sequence?
Yes. The platform is selected per step, not per sequence. You can have one step push to Aimfox and another push to HeyReach, all within the same sequence.
Each step is configured independently, so you'll connect and set up each platform separately when you add the respective step.
HeyReach only: LinkedIn Account selector
When setting up a LinkedIn Automation step with HeyReach, you'll see an extra field — Select LinkedIn Account — inside the campaign step.
This lets you choose which LinkedIn account within the campaign handles the outreach for prospects pushed from this step. This field is unique to HeyReach and does not appear when using Aimfox.
Make sure you select the appropriate LinkedIn account, if needed, before saving the step.

Can I change the platform on an existing step?
Can I change the platform on an existing step?
No. Once a LinkedIn Automation step is saved with a platform selected, that choice is locked. You cannot switch from Aimfox to HeyReach or vice versa on the same step.
If you need to switch: Delete the step and re-add it with the correct platform selected. You can only delete the step if no prospect is currently sitting on it. If prospects are active on that step, wait for them to complete or move them first before deleting.
