What Is Smart Email Verification?
Smart Verification automatically checks which of your prospects have been verified recently and skips re-verifying them unnecessarily.
By default, Saleshandy skips verification for any prospect who was verified within the last 15 days, but you can easily adjust this interval to fit your workflow.
That means:
No more wasting verification credits.
Faster uploads when importing large prospect lists.
Always-up-to-date verification results for your active contacts.

How Smart Email Verification Works
The magic begins when you import your prospect CSV. Here’s how it all flows:
1. Import Your CSV
Upload your CSV of prospects like you normally do.
2️. Enable Smart Verification
You’ll see a checkbox saying “Verify only prospects that haven’t been verified in the past 15 days.”
Simply tick this box before you continue.
3️. Customize Your Interval (Optional)
Want a different interval? You’re in full control!
You can:
Click on “Configure” during import, or
Go to Settings → Admin Settings → Prospects → Smart Re-Verification During Import and set your preferred number of days.
That’s it; you’re all set!
Why It Matters
Every verification credit counts. By skipping unnecessary checks on already-verified contacts, Smart Verification helps you:
Save credits: reuse past verifications for recent prospects.
Speed up imports: fewer verifications = quicker uploads.

Real-World Example
Let’s say you imported 5,000 prospects two weeks ago. This week, you’re adding another 2,000, some of which overlap.
With Smart Verification ON (and set to 15 days):
1: Overlapping prospects will not be verified, since they are already verified in the last 15 days.
2: Only new and non-overlapping prospects will be verified.
