Here’s how you can create your AI-powered email sequence in just a few simple steps:

Step 1: Click on Write with AI
Log in to your Saleshandy dashboard and locate the "Write with AI" button. Click it to start creating your email sequence.

Now, click "Let's get started."

​Step 2: Enter Your Company Website
Type in your company’s website domain. Saleshandy AI will automatically scan it to extract key details about your business.

You can also manually add details about your business if you don't have a website. Simply click on Add Business info.

Please note that you can either enter the website or add business information manually, but not both.

Step 3: Review and Edit Company Info
Once you have added the details or entered the website, click on Continue.

Now you can review the details that Saleshandy AI found, including your products, services, and target audience.

In this step, you can edit and enhance the details of your company and then Continue.

​Step 4: Choose Your Email Sequence Goal
Select the primary goal for your sequence, such as booking meetings, lead generation, or promotions.

You can edit the goals name and description by clicking on the dropdown or Let AI Pick the Best.

​Step 5: Answer Quick Questions About Your Goal
Answer a few simple questions to help the AI tailor the goals. You can let AI choose the best option by clicking on 'Let AI pick the best option'.

Step 6: Select Key offerings as per your business goals
Review your company’s key offerings.

Add or remove up to three to focus your emails better.

Step 7: Define Your Target Audience
Choose or customize up to three ideal customer profiles. This helps the AI write emails for the right people.

You can also add your custom ICP by clicking on Add ICP and Continue.

Step 8: Pick the Number of Steps in Your Sequence
Choose the number of steps you want in the sequence (2 to 6). The AI will generate drafts based on your choices.

Step 9: Review and Edit Each Email
Look over the generated emails. You can edit text directly.

You can also Edit with AI. Click on the AI button at the top right of every step and edit as needed.

And then click on Add to Sequence to save and generate your Sequence.

1. Do I need a website to generate an AI sequence?
No, you don’t. While entering your company’s website helps the AI fetch accurate details, you can also manually enter your business name and description using the Add Business Info option.

2. What happens if I don’t complete all the steps in the AI Sequence Copilot?
Your sequence won’t be saved. If you exit before completing all steps and clicking Add to Sequence, you’ll need to start over from scratch.

3. Can I edit the emails after they are generated?
Yes, you can review and edit each email manually, or click Edit with AI on each step to regenerate or improve specific parts of the content.

You can only do this while creating an AI sequence post that you can manually edit as you usually do in a regular sequence.

The number of AI sequences you can generate depends on your subscription plan. Here’s a quick overview:

Yes, you can pick between 2 and 6 steps for your email sequence. The AI will generate many emails based on your input.

Yes, if you’re unsure how to answer specific questions, click 'Let AI pick the best option,' and it will fill in smart defaults based on your previous answers.

8. Will the AI content be unique to my business?
Yes, the AI customizes every sequence based on your company info, offerings, goals, and target audience to ensure relevance and personalization.

9. Can I send follow-up emails in the same thread?
Yes, before generating your sequence, check the box that enables sending follow-ups in the same email thread.
