Hey there, Saleshandy users!

We've just rolled out two new tabs in your Unified Inbox: Draft and Scheduled. These new features represent a significant improvement in email organization and follow-up management.

Drafts: Because Great Emails Take Time

Ever started an email reply, then realized you need more info before sending it? We've all been there. Now, Saleshandy's got your back. If you pause mid-reply, we'll automatically save it as a draft.

You'll find all these works-in-progress in the new Drafted tab. No more lost emails or forgotten follow-ups!

What Can You Do with Drafts?

Once you've got a draft saved, you've got options:

  • Not feeling it anymore? Just hit discard.

  • Want to send it later? Schedule it (more on that in a sec).

  • Ready to go? Send it right away.

It's all about giving you the flexibility to manage your emails your way.

Scheduling: Right Message, Right Time

Sometimes, timing is everything. That's where our new scheduling feature comes in handy. Here's how it works:

  1. Hit the Schedule button, and a pop-up will appear.

  2. Choose your time zone (we'll default to your sequence's time zone, but feel free to change it).

  3. Pick a time:

    • We've got quick options like "Tomorrow Morning at 9 AM", "Tomorrow Afternoon at 9 AM" or "Monday Morning at 9 AM".

    • Or, if you need something specific, just set your own date and time.

The "Send Anyway" Checkbox

Here's a neat little feature: the scheduling condition checkbox. If you leave it unchecked (which is the default), your scheduled email won't send if the customer replies before the scheduled time. It'll just hang out in your Drafted tab instead. But if you check the box, your email will go out as scheduled, no matter what.

Visual Indicators for Scheduled Emails

  1. Customer's Time Zone: At the bottom of the scheduled email, you’ll see when the customer will receive it in their time zone. This helps you align your message timing with their schedule.

  2. Your Time Zone: In the conversation list, a small calendar icon indicates a scheduled email. Hover over it to see when it will be sent in your time zone, giving you a quick overview without opening the full conversation.

Happy emailing 🥂

Team Saleshandy.
