When you receive an email, it lands right in the "Unified Inbox" tab of Saleshandy. But that's not all! We've got something exciting for you: the ability to categorise your conversations effortlessly. You can also assign Custom Prospect Outcomes. Click here to learn more.📂💌

In the Unified Inbox, you'll find 9 handy categories to help you organize your emails effectively:

1️⃣ All Categories 📥

View all your emails, regardless of their specific category.

2️⃣ Uncategorized 🏷️

Emails that haven't been categorized yet.

3️⃣ Interested 👍

Emails from leads or contacts who have shown interest.

4️⃣ Not Interested 👎

Emails where the recipient has indicated a lack of interest.

5️⃣ Meeting Booked 📅

Emails related to confirmed meetings or appointments.

6️⃣ Automatic Response 📩

Emails that trigger automated responses.

7️⃣ Closed 🎉

Emails where the conversation has been successfully concluded.

8️⃣ Not Now 🚫

Emails requiring attention or follow-up at a later time.

9️⃣ Do Not Contact 📵

Emails where the recipient has requested not to be contacted.
