Client Permissions

What are Client Permissions?

Client Permissions allow agencies (admins and owners) to add their clients as users in their Saleshandy account. Agencies can assign roles and manage their clients' access to various functionalities within the platform.

There are two main types of permissions:

    • Edit sequences, Add steps, Add variants, Add prospects, and Export prospects

    • View the Prospect tab inside Sequence, Add tags, Verify the email, and mark as replied

    • Access the Unified inbox and respond to emails

    • Export reports to get a holistic view

    • Customize profile settings and add email accounts.

    • Cannot edit sequence details, Add steps, Add variants, Add prospects and Templates

    • Cannot View the Prospect tab inside the Sequence

    • Cannot Export Prospects

    • Cannot Add Templates

Client Permissions is designed for agencies by providing them with greater control over their clients' interactions with Saleshandy. Allowing agencies to assign specific roles and permissions ensures that clients can only access the specific features and prospects they need, maintaining security and efficiency.

Answer: When a client is added, message will appear on the “Agency Client Management” screen, stating: “Client added and credentials sent to your email successfully.”

Question: Will I receive an email notification after adding a client?

Answer: Yes, an email will be sent to the agency user (Admin or Owner) from “[email protected]” containing the client’s credentials.

Question: What information is included in the email sent after adding a client?

Answer: The email will include the client’s credentials, such as their email, password, login URL (https://my.saleshandy.com/client-login), and the assigned permissions.

Question: As an agency owner, what should I do after receiving the email with client credentials?

Answer: As an agency owner, you will receive this email and can then manually share the login credentials with your client, ensuring they have the necessary information to access their account securely.

Question: Is the client email editable during the client addition process?

Answer: Yes, the client email is editable for the first time until the client is added successfully.

Question: Can the client email be changed after the client is added successfully?

Answer: No, once the client is added successfully, the email becomes a static field and cannot be edited.
