Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

Automation can significantly streamline your workflow, saving time and reducing manual errors. In this guide, we'll walk you through creating a Zap on Zapier to integrate Google Sheets with Sendspark and Saleshandy.

This integration will automatically create dynamic videos in Sendspark and add prospects to a sequence in Saleshandy whenever a new or updated row appears in your Google Sheets. Let's get started!

Step-by-Step Guide to Creating the Zap

Step 1️⃣: Set Up the Trigger

Log in to Zapier

Begin by logging into your Zapier account. If you don't have one, sign up for free at Zapier.

Create a New Zap

Click on the "Create Zap" button to start a new automation.

Configure the Trigger

  • Search for Google Sheets in the trigger app search bar.

  • Select the Event as "New or Updated Spreadsheet Row."

  • Sign in to your Google Account from the account tab with access to your desired Google Sheet.

  • Set Up the Trigger:

    • Select your spreadsheet from the dropdown menu.

    • Choose the worksheet within that spreadsheet.

    • In the "Trigger Column" field, select any column that will trigger the Zap when updated.

Test the Trigger

You can test the trigger to ensure it’s working correctly or simply hit the "Continue" button to proceed.

Step 2️⃣: Set Up the First Action with Sendspark

Search for Sendspark

In the action app search bar, type "Sendspark."

Configure the Action

  • Select the Event as "Create Dynamic Video."

  • Sign in to Sendspark

    • From the account tab, connect your Sendspark account by entering your API details and secret API key.

    • To Get the API key, Go to your Sendspark Account, Click on your account name from the bottom left corner, and click on API Credentials.

    • Click on "Create New Key." An API key and Secret key will be generated. Copy those keys and paste them into Zapier.

  • Set Up the Action:

    • Choose your workspace.

    • Select the dynamic campaign you want to use.

    • Enter your dynamic campaign ID.

    • Map the relevant fields such as First_Name, Last_Name, Email, Company_Name, Job_Title, and Website_URL.

Test the Connection

You can test the connection to ensure everything is set up correctly or just hit the "Continue" button.

Step 3️⃣: Set Up the Second Action with Saleshandy

Add a New Action

Click on the "+" icon to add another action.

Search for Saleshandy

In the action app search bar, type "Saleshandy".

Configure the Action

  • Select the Event as "Create Prospect/Add Prospect to Sequence."

  • Sign in to Saleshandy:

    • Click on "Sign in to Saleshandy."

    • Enter your Saleshandy API key, which can be found in your Saleshandy account settings. Click here to get it.

  • Set Up the Action:

    • Map all relevant fields from your Google Sheet to Saleshandy fields. Ensure you include essential fields like name, email, and thumbnailEmbed.

      Note : Make sure the fields in your CSV file are correctly mapped to the corresponding fields in Saleshandy. This includes mapping the thumbnailEmbed field to the video thumbnails.

Test the Connection

You can test the connection to ensure everything is set up correctly or just hit the "Continue" button.
