❌ Cancel Subscription


🚨 If you have made the manual payment or have the custom plan, reach out to our team for cancellation, as you'll be unable to cancel the subscription yourself.


If you're facing any issues with your Saleshandy account or have any questions, click the chatbox icon, and our support team will connect with you in a snap! 🚀 If you prefer, you can also schedule a call with us by clicking here🗓️.

But if you still wish to cancel your Saleshandy subscription, don't worry; we've got you covered! Here's how you can do it:

🪜Steps to Follow

📢 However, before you go ahead and cancel, please remember that our support team is always available to help you with any concerns. If any of the following apply to you, reach out to us before canceling:

1️⃣ Log in to your Saleshandy account.

2️⃣ Go to "Settings" and then click on the "Billing & Subscription" tab.

3️⃣ Click on "Cancel Subscription" button and click on it to proceed.

⚠️Important: For Non-Stripe Users ( Paypal, 2checkout, or Razorpay ), Kindly contact the Support team.

You no longer have access to your Saleshandy account.

Facing issues with canceling your subscription.

Can't find the Cancel Subscription button, even though you're on a paid plan.

Using a payment method like PayPal/Razorpay for your subscription.

📝 Just a quick note: If you decide to cancel, your account will remain on the paid plan until the current billing cycle is over. After that, it'll switch to the free plan. 😌

💤 Oh, and did you know? We also have a cool feature that allows you to pause your subscription for a specific duration. This way, you won't be charged while it's on pause. It's perfect if you plan to come back to Saleshandy later. 😉

Unlike with the free plan, you can access your data during the paused subscription. Find out more about how the paused subscription works by clicking here.

⚠️ Quick reminder: The option to cancel your subscription is available only if you currently have a paid subscription with Saleshandy. You won't see this option if you're on the trial period or using the free plan. But if you ever want your account deleted, just give us a shout, and we'll take care of it for you! 😇
