You can put an unsubscribe option for your prospects through an unsubscribe link or unsubscribe text. By default, you will have Unsibscrbe as text enabled in all your sequences.
On sending an email campaign with Unsubscribe link ##{{Unsubscibeurl}}, the system will insert an Unsubscribe button in the header of your emails. When any of your recipients unsubscribe from there, you will get an email from Gmail regarding the unsubscription of the user.
In such cases, you will have to manually unsubscribe that user from your Contacts page by removing them from your mailing list.

Avoid recipient's frustration: It happens with time the recipient might get frustrated with your emails and the emails might not be relevant for them. In this case, they search for an unsubscribe button to unsubscribe from your emails. If they don?t find one, they might SPAM you.
Helps you in Getting your emails in the Inbox: Adding an Unsubscribe link helps the user by not clicking on the SPAM button, which apparently helps you with better email deliverability and good open rates.
The recipient can resubscribe any time: When a recipient unsubscribes from an unsubscribe button, you can get him back by making him resubscribe again. This cannot be done if the user SPAMs you.

If you do not want to add it to your emails, you can remove the unsubscribe link by clicking on the X button beside it. (This will only work if you're a V2 user, i.e., using the legacy version).

To add an Unsubscribe link, please go to Sequence > Settings > Unsubscribe > Use Unsubscribe Link in Emails (enable the toggle) > Save

Default Option: Enabled for You
We believe in making things easy for you! By default, the Unsubscribe as Text option is enabled for your email sequences. This allows your leads to choose whether they want to continue receiving your emails—without triggering spam filters.
When Unsubscribe as Text is enabled, you’ll see an unsubscribe message at the end of each email automatically.
Disable the Unsubscribe Option, If You Wish
We understand that every business has different needs, and flexibility is key. If you prefer to keep the unsubscribe option disabled and continue with your email outreach, that’s totally up to you.
How to Disable the Unsubscribe Option:
Navigate to Settings in your email sequence.
Toggle off the Include Unsubscribe Option in Emails setting.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. If you're sure you want to disable the unsubscribe option, click YES.
Once confirmed, the unsubscribe text message will be disabled, and your emails will no longer include it. This gives you full control over your email flow.
What Happens When You Enable "Unsubscribe as Text"?
Simplified Opt-out Process: Leads can reply with simple text commands like "Stop" or "Remove" to opt-out, instead of using a link.
Sender receives the opt-out request in their Unified Inbox, and the sender will have to click on "Unsubscribe" so the receiver do not receive more emails from the sender.
Predefined Messages: You can choose from 10 suggested unsubscribe messages or create your own custom message.
Better Deliverability: Since text-based opt-outs don’t trigger spam filters as much as links do, it helps to improve your email deliverability.

I am afraid there is no way to stop this if the recipient's firewall is smart enough to catch the links. However, the chances are lesser if you have set the custom tracking domain.
Did you set the custom tracking domain for your account? If it's already set, In this case, nothing can be done immediately except observe a pattern. Could you check if you are getting any triggers in a particular company or any industry?
