Hello there, Saleshandy users! π
Want to find out which email provider you're using? Or What is the daily email limit?
Your email provider delivers your emails through their servers. Saleshandy lets you send your emails using the servers of your email provider, and therefore, you need to know what your email provider is along with details like Daily Sending Limit, SMTP setting, etc.
No worries, I've got you covered! π Just follow these simple steps to uncover the mystery! π
How to check what my Email Service Provider (ESP) is?
Step 1οΈβ£
Open the link I'm sharing below in your favorite web browser.
Step 2οΈβ£
Once you're on the page, look for a field that says "Domain" and type in your email domain there. It's usually the part after the '@' in your email address. For example, if your email is "[email protected]," then your domain is "example.com." Got it? π
Step 3οΈβ£
Awesome! Now click on the "MX Lookup" button. π΅οΈββοΈ This will work some magic behind the scenes and reveal the MX records associated with your domain.
Step 4οΈβ£
Look out for the "Hostname" section; you'll find some fancy-sounding names there. π§ββοΈ Don't worry; these names belong to your email provider! And guess what? Each email provider has its own unique MX record.
Step 5οΈβ£
So, if you spot "aspmx.l.google.com" under Hostnames, it's party time! π You've got yourself a Gmail account! π
But, if it shows "yourdomain.mail.protection.outlook.com," then congrats! You're in the Microsoft email world! π
Oh, and don't worry if the MX toolbox explicitly displays email service provider names like "Microsoft Office" or "Google Apps" instead. That's just another way of telling you which email provider you're using! π
Now you know the secret behind discovering your email provider! π€« Go ahead and give it a try. If you get stuck or need help, I'm here to lend a hand! π€
Mission accomplished; you've successfully checked your Email Service Provider. π
Wishing you a delightful experience! β€οΈ
Happy Selling. π€
