Understand how renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for your mailboxes and domains, so you can avoid unexpected charges and downtime.
When and How Are My Mailboxes Renewed?
Mailbox renewals in Saleshandy are automatic. Your saved payment method is charged on a recurring basis to keep your mailboxes and domains active.
Timeline | Action |
21 days before expiry | Renewal notice email |
14 days before expiry | Reminder email |
7 days before expiry | Charge initiated |
You'll receive an email confirming whether the payment was successful or failed. If payment fails, we'll notify you and retry automatically.
You can also pay manually at any time using the Renew Now button in the product banner.
If your card requires 3D Secure authentication, you'll be prompted to confirm the charge via the payment gateway each time we attempt it.
If payment is not completed by your expiry date, your mailboxes stop working immediately. There is no grace period.
How Do I Cancel Renewal and Avoid Being Charged?
To avoid being charged for the next renewal cycle, delete your domain at least 7 days before your expiry date.
⚠️ Important: Deleting a domain does not stop your service immediately. Your mailboxes and domain continue working until your scheduled expiry date. Deletion takes effect after expiry.
After expiry, the mailbox and domain are permanently deactivated and deleted. This cannot be undone.
What Is Your Refund Policy for Mailboxes and Renewals?
Initial purchases are non-refundable. Once a mailbox is purchased and a domain is registered, no refund or credit is issued regardless of usage.
Renewal charges follow these rules:
When you delete your domain | Result |
7+ days before expiry | No charge initiated |
After charge, more than 24 hours before expiry | Full refund, initiated immediately |
Within 24 hours of expiry or after expiry | No refund |
Refunds are processed immediately upon domain deletion. A confirmation email is sent right away.
⚠️ Note: No partial refunds. Deleting a domain removes all associated mailboxes.
What Happens After Expiry
Mailboxes stop working immediately
All active campaigns stop
The mailbox and domain are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
