How to Get and Use Enriched Leads in Lead Finder

Once your CSV enrichment is complete in Lead Finder, you can view, download, and take action on your enriched leads directly from the platform.

This step helps you turn enriched data into actionable prospects for outreach and campaigns.

Step 1: View Your Enriched Results

After processing is complete, Lead Finder generates a results view where you can see all enriched leads.

You can access this from:

  • Enrichment history

  • Processing completion screen

What you’ll see in results

The enriched table includes:

  • Original CSV data

  • Newly enriched fields (email, phone, company data, etc.)

  • Enrichment status per row (found / not found)

Each row reflects the best available match from Lead Finder’s database.

Step 2: Understand Enrichment Status

Each lead in your results will fall into one of two categories:

✔️ Enriched (Found)

  • Lead was successfully matched

  • Enriched fields are populated

  • Credit is charged only for these records

❌ Not Enriched (Not Found)

  • No match found in Lead Finder database

  • Original CSV data is retained

  • No credits are charged

Step 3: Download Enriched Data

You can download your enriched file anytime after processing is complete.

What’s included in the download:

  • Original CSV columns

  • Enriched fields appended as new columns

  • Clean, structured output ready for CRM or outreach tools

File format details:

  • Format: CSV

  • Naming: [original_file_name]_enriched_[timestamp].csv

  • Delivery: Instant download or email link (based on system flow)

Step 4: Download Failed Report

Lead Finder also generates a failed report for transparency.

What it includes:

  • Leads that could not be enriched

  • Original input data for those rows

  • Reason for failure

Common failure reasons:

  • No match found

  • Missing required identifiers

  • Invalid or incomplete data

  • Skipped due to filters

File format:

  • CSV file

  • Name: [original_file_name]_failed_[timestamp].csv

This helps you clean your data and retry enrichment if needed.

Step 5: Take Action on Enriched Leads

Once your leads are enriched, you can immediately use them inside Lead Finder.

Save as Prospects

Convert enriched leads into saved prospects for future campaigns.

  • All enriched records are added to your prospect list

Step 6: View Enrichment History

All your past enrichment jobs are stored in Lead Finder history.

You can view:

  • File name

  • Upload date

  • Total rows processed

  • Enriched vs not found counts

  • Credits used

  • Job status (complete / cancelled)

From here, you can:

  • Re-download files

  • Reuse data

  • Track past enrichment performance

FAQs

Why are some leads not enriched?

Not all leads exist in Lead Finder’s database or may lack sufficient identifiers for matching.

Can I retry failed leads?

Yes. You can fix your CSV (add missing identifiers) and re-upload it for enrichment.

Why does my enriched file include empty fields?

Empty fields indicate that specific data (like phone or email) was not available for that lead.

Are failed rows charged credits?

No. Credits are only used for successfully enriched leads.
