How do I reduce the sending limits of my Google email accounts in bulk?

Quickly reduce daily sending limits for multiple accounts in Saleshandy using Filters and Bulk Update instead of editing one by one.

If you’re managing multiple Google (Gsuite) accounts in Saleshandy, you don’t need to update each one manually. Using Bulk Update, you can filter, select, and apply new sending limits across all accounts at once.


Step 1: Filter by ESP

  • Filter button location – On the Email Accounts page, look at the top left next to the search bar. This is where you open the filter options.



  • Filter sidebar – Once clicked, a sidebar opens from the right. Here you’ll see different filter choices. Choosing Gsuite – Select Gsuite from the ESP options so that only your Google accounts are displayed on the page.


Step 2: Select All Accounts

  • Checkbox selection – Each account has a checkbox on the left. Start by selecting one.

  • Select All option – After selecting, you’ll see the option to “Select All.” Use this to pick every filtered Google account in one go.


Step 3: Update Sending Limit in Bulk

  • Bulk Settings button – Once accounts are selected, look at the top bar. The Bulk Settings button appears, which lets you edit common settings.


  • Settings popup – Clicking it opens a popup where you can manage sending settings for all chosen accounts.

  • Reducing daily limit – In the popup, go to Sending Settings → adjust the Daily Sending Limit field to the reduced number you want. Confirm to apply changes across all accounts.
