With just a few clicks, you can:

  • Reveal verified emails and phone numbers

  • Add leads to sequences, and automate them via Saleshandy

  • Tag and organize prospects

Let’s get you up and running in a few simple steps.

🔧 Installing the Extension

To start revealing leads and adding them to your sequences directly from LinkedIn, you’ll need the Saleshandy Chrome Extension. It only takes a minute to install.

You can download the extension from:

  • The Saleshandy Profile section

  • The Lead Finder page

  • The Saleshandy Website

When you click "Download Chrome Extension," you'll be redirected to the Chrome Web Store.

  • Or directly from the Chrome Web Store

Click Add to Chrome and confirm the installation.

Always pin the extension so it's visible on your Chrome toolbar.

✅ Post Installation

Once your extension is installed:

  • You’ll briefly see a confirmation pop-up from Chrome confirming the extension is added.

  • Within a second, your browser will auto-redirect you to a dummy LinkedIn profile.

  • All LinkedIn tabs open will auto-refresh, ensuring the extension activates properly and is ready to use.

The extension icon will be on the right side of your browser screen the first time you install it. This is its default placement.

🌐 Extension Activation Rules

The extension only activates:

  • If you are searching for any Individual LinkedIn profile, pages like linkedin.com/in/satyanadella/.

  • LinkedIn search results like linkedin.com/search/results/people/
    linkedin.com/search/results/PEOPLE/

  • Company employee lists linkedin.com/company/{company-name}/people/

It won’t activate on LinkedIn home, messages, or feed, and you will get an empty message like “Try navigating to a search or profile page.”

So, make sure you are on the correct link to be able to use the extension.

🔐 Login & Authentication Flow

👤 If you’re not logged into LinkedIn:

When you open the extension, it detects that you are not logged in and redirects you to the LinkedIn login page.

Once you log in, the browser will autoload the profile, and the extension will open in its active state.

How to reveal the email and phone number of a single LinkedIn Profile?

In a single LinkedIn profile reveal, you can reveal the data of one profile at a time.

  1. Go to any LinkedIn profile you want data from and click on the Saleshandy Extension tab visible on the right side of LinkedIn

You will see options like:

  • Get Email ( 1 Credit Required) if you only want the email.

  • Get Email + Phone (2 Credits Required) to reveal both contact details

  • Add to Sequence

  • Assign Tags(in the dropdown)

  • Client Associated dropdown (for agency users only)

⚠️ By default, you will get 50 credits to reveal data of your leads if you are a new user. If you lack sufficient credits, you will see an error message + option to add credits.

2. When you click Get Email:

  • One credit is used.

  • If the email is not found, → credit is refunded with a toast:
“No email found, one credit refunded.”

  • If an email is found, → the profile is automatically saved:

    • In your Prospect Tab

    • In Lead Finder > Saved Tab at the SH account level

    • The source is marked as "Chrome Extension."

3. When you click Get Email + Phone:

  • Two credits are used.

  • If no contact info is found, → two credits refunded, with a toast:
“No contact info found, two credits refunded.”

  • All emails and phone numbers are revealed (if available)

Once the lead is revealed, you can copy the email from there.

You can also directly add it to email sequences from the extension.

4. Simply go to the Add to Sequence drop-down in the LinkedIn Extension sidebar, and you can choose from your 3 most recently used sequences at the top.

These are based on where you’ve added leads most recently.

If you haven’t added any lead, you’ll see your most recently created sequences (in Saleshandy) instead.

You can also choose the step in a particular sequence to which you want to add the lead.

You will only see sequences if you have created them in Saleshandy.

If the profile is already part of any sequence, you’ll be able to see it in the dropdown, too, with a label that says “Already in this sequence.”

Every sequence listed will come with a quick visual indicator so you know its current status at a glance:

  • 🟢 Active (Green)

  • 🔴 Paused (Red)

  • ⚪ Draft (Grey)

You’ll find these grouped under Current Sequences for easy visibility.

As soon as you confirm the sequence selection, the profile will be automatically enrolled in that sequence.

Note: You can also add a LinkedIn profile to a sequence, even if you haven’t revealed the contact yet. There is no need to wait—just choose the sequence and proceed.

5. While adding the profile to a sequence, you’ll be able to assign relevant tags at the same time. These tags will be saved along with the lead and instantly reflect:

  • Inside the Chrome Extension

  • In your Prospect tab within Saleshandy

Adding tags is an optional thing, and you can save the lead without tags also.

6. Whenever you reveal a LinkedIn profile using the Chrome Extension:

  • You will be able to see that profile saved as a Prospect in your account

  • It will also appear in the Lead Finder → Saved Tab

  • This happens automatically, just like leads saved from the Lead Finder

  • All available public details, like skills, experience, etc., will be stored too.

  • If you revisit the same profile, the extension will show:

    • Revealed Email & Phone

    • Prospect Status (Already Saved)

    • Sequences they’re part of (if any)

    • Tags assigned inside Saleshandy

How to reveal the email and phone number in Bulk?

You can also reveal data in bulk and save more time by adding relevant keywords on LinkedIn, which will fetch a prospect list, or simply go to any company's employee listing.

1. Open the Saleshandy Chrome Extension

Head to LinkedIn and open a supported page like a filtered People search or a Company’s Employee Page.

Click the Saleshandy Chrome Extension icon. The extension remains collapsed by default — click to expand it.

Note: If you're on an unsupported page (like the “All” tab), you’ll be prompted to switch to the “People” view first.

2. Select the Profiles You Want to Reveal

The extension pulls in all profiles currently loaded on your screen.

You’ll see each profile with their name, picture, and about snippet.

Scroll to load more — they’ll appear automatically. Select them individually or hit “Select All” to grab everything.

3. Reveal Emails and Phone numbers

Click on the View Email or View email + phone number button

You’ll be prompted to apply tags(optional) before revealing. This helps organize leads inside the Lead Finder’s Saved tab. You can skip this step if you prefer.

You can also add revealed leads to any email sequence that you have created inside Saleshandy.

Once you've done this, you’ll instantly receive verified emails, phone numbers (if available), tags, and existing prospect details.

Adding tags to leads or adding them in sequence can be done before or after revealing the leads, as per your feasibility.

If you don't get any lead information after revealing the leads, you’ll be auto-refunded the credits you used to reveal that lead.

4. Saved Instantly (No Page Refresh Needed)

Revealed contacts are saved automatically in your Lead Finder’s Saved tab (Saleshandy)and in the extension’s Saved view.

You can add them to a sequence, apply more tags, reveal phones later, or copy contact info with one click.

  • Leads Selected Tab: Shows all loaded profiles from the current LinkedIn page.

  • Saved Tab: Shows all profiles revealed via Chrome Extension across the Saleshandy account.

For better management, you can filter the leads directly from the saved tab based on their tags and the date they were revealed.

If a profile is already revealed:

  • It appears with its contact data, tags, sequence info, and verification status.

  • Reopening that LinkedIn profile shows it as already revealed

As you move between LinkedIn pages, newly loaded profiles are always pulled in and listed at the top, while your previous reveals keep processing below.

Get Insights with Email Tracking

Click the three dots at the top right of your extension to open quick access options:

  • Jump straight to:

    • Lead Finder - Redirects to Lead Finder inside Saleshandy

    • Prospects tab - Redirects to the Prospect tab inside Saleshandy

    • Sequences tab inside Saleshandy.

For tracking emails from different mailboxes, you can:

      • Enable Email Tracker from here.

      • Enable Notification Tracking

      • Turn on notifications for tracking updates (just toggle it on—same as always).

      • Click the redirection icon beside Email Tracking Insights to go directly to your 1:1 insights inside Saleshandy.

🔎 Profile Status Check

Every time a LinkedIn profile is opened:

  1. Extension checks if it exists in the Saleshandy account's Lead Finder → Saved tab
(not just the current user’s saved leads — all team members’ saved leads under the same SH account)

  2. If found:

    • Email & Phone will auto-display

    • Prospect status, sequence info, and tags will show

This ensures no duplicate reveals and gives full context before you take further action.

Key Considerations

1. Uninstalling the Extension

If you remove the Saleshandy Chrome Extension from your browser, a Google Form will automatically open in a new tab.

When the extension is uninstalled, you'll be redirected to this form regardless of which tab you're on.

This helps us understand why you uninstall—your input is valuable!

2. Understanding & Managing Your Credits

At the top of your extension, you'll see your credit balance.

  • When you click on it, a pop-up opens with details about your current and upcoming credits.

  • Admins and Owners can click to buy more credits. Everyone else can view, but not purchase.

Here's what you'll see:

  • The number of recurring credits you’re set to receive next month, and when they’ll be added.

If you want to buy credits of 50K or more than that

  • Click Talk to Sales, and you’ll be taken to the same billing section.

  • Our chat support will pop up with a message template already filled in. You can edit and send it right away.

3. When you click the Saleshandy icon from your Chrome extension menu (where all browser extensions appear), here’s what you can do:

  • Click Refresh Extension to clear the cache and reload all LinkedIn pages. This is handy if the beacon isn’t showing or not expanding.

  • Access shortcuts to:

    • View email tracking insights.

    • You’ll only see your email address if:

      • You’re on a Gmail tab

      • Email tracking is enabled

    • Otherwise, no address is shown by default.

FAQ

1. What happens after I install the extension?

After you install the Saleshandy Chrome Extension, your browser will auto-redirect you to a dummy LinkedIn profile, and all open LinkedIn tabs will refresh to activate the extension. You’ll see the Saleshandy tab on the right side of your screen on LinkedIn.

2. Why am I redirected to a random LinkedIn profile after installation?

This is intentional. It helps auto-activate the extension and ensures it loads properly the first time.

3. Which LinkedIn pages does the extension work on?

It works on:

  • linkedin.com/search/results/people/

  • linkedin.com/company/{company}/people/

  • linkedin.com/in/{username}/

On unsupported pages like the LinkedIn feed, messages, or notifications, you’ll see a message prompting you to switch to a profile or search view.

4. What happens if I’m not logged into LinkedIn or Saleshandy?

If you’re not logged into Saleshandy, it will ask you to log in or sign up. Once you do, the tab closes automatically, and you’re redirected to a dummy profile with the extension active.

5. What’s the difference between “Get Email” and “Get Email + Phone”?

“Get Email” uses 1 credit and reveals just the email (if available).

“Get Email + Phone” uses 2 credits and reveals both email and phone number (if available).

If no data is found, credits are auto-refunded with a toast message.

6. Can I reveal contact info in bulk?

Yes. On supported pages like LinkedIn People Search or a Company’s Employee Page, open the extension and select profiles. Then choose to reveal just email or both email and phone. Tags can also be applied before revealing.

7. What if a team member has already revealed a lead?

The extension checks the entire SH account's saved leads. If someone on your team has already revealed the lead, the contact details, status, and tags will appear automatically.

8. What if I revisit a previously revealed profile?

You’ll see all previously saved details, such as email, phone, tags, and sequences, directly on the extension—there's no need to reveal them again.

9. Can I add leads to a sequence without revealing their email or phone?

Yes. You can add a profile to a sequence without revealing it first. Just click “Add to Sequence” and choose your desired sequence and step.

10. What if I don’t see the extension expand or appear?

Click on the Saleshandy icon from the Chrome Extension menu and select “Refresh Extension.” This will reload all LinkedIn pages and reset the extension.

11. How do credits work?

You’ll see your current credit balance at the top of the extension. Clicking on it shows details of upcoming recurring credits. Admins and Owners can buy more credits from here. If you’re on a trial and have under 50 credits, you’ll receive 50 more next month.

12. How do I buy more than 50K credits?

Click “Talk to Sales” inside the credit pop-up. It’ll open the billing section and launch a pre-filled chat with our team.

13 . What happens if I uninstall the extension?

You’ll be auto-redirected to a feedback form asking why you uninstalled. This helps us improve your experience.

14. Where can I access insights and email tracking data?
