✅ What’s New?

1. Buy Additional One-time Credits Anytime, Without Upgrading

You no longer need to upgrade your subscription to get more Lead Finder credits.

Whether you’re on a monthly plan, or just starting out—you can now purchase additional credits anytime.

  • Go to Billing & Subscription → Lead Finder

  • Add more credits

  • Choose from preset slabs (5,000 to 100,000 credits)

💡 Default option: 20,000 credits with the best value pre-selected

2. New, Simple Credit Consumption Logic

We’ve streamlined how your credits are used:

3. Email + Phone Plans Are Going Away

We’re simplifying plans to make them easier to understand and manage:

  • We’ll double your current credits

  • You’ll also get double monthly recurring credits moving forward

  • You’ll receive a one-time email notification with all the details


4. Free Monthly Credits for Trial Users

New to Lead Finder or exploring it?

🎁 You’ll get 50 free credits per month (as long as your balance is below 50, and you’re on a trial plan). These can be used anywhere, even in our Chrome Extension(coming soon)!


Users who moved to the free plan from a paid plan won’t get free credits


5. Smarter Credit Usage in Bulk Reveal

Using bulk reveal and want to get both email and phone?

We’ll help you stay efficient:

  • If no contact method filter is applied, you’ll get a helpful prompt to guide your next step. By using the filter, you can ensure that you get the phone numbers you're expecting.

  • Selected leads stay selected—you won’t lose your selection when applying filters


Key Considerations

  • Refunds happen automatically when results don’t include contact info

  • Use email-only reveals when you don’t need phone numbers to save credits

  • Credits purchased are instantly available and work across the platform.

  • Credits roll over monthly.
    You will retain your credits even after cancellation.

  • Credits earned through email outreach] can be used to reveal both email and phone numbers.

  • One-time credit purchases will be added to the remaining credits in your plan.
    You can purchase one-time credits as many times as you'd like.

1. Can I buy Lead Finder credits without upgrading my plan?

Yes! You can now purchase one-time Lead Finder credits without upgrading your existing plan. Just go to Billing & Subscription → Lead Finder → Add Credits.

2. Who can buy one-time credits?

Anyone! Whether you're on a monthly plan, trial, you can purchase additional credits anytime.

3. How many credits can I buy at once?

You can choose from the following slabs:
​5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 20,000, 25,000, 50,000, 75,000, and 100,000
For more than 50,000 credits, you'll see a “Talk to Sales” button.

4. What happens when I buy credits?

Once the payment is successful:

  • The credits are immediately added to your account

  • You’ll see the updated balance on the Lead Finder page, profile dropdown, and Billing section.

5. How are credits used now?

📌 Note: Even if the phone number isn’t found in Email + phone, 2 credits will still be used.
If no email or phone is returned, the credits will be refunded automatically.

6. What happened to the Email + Phone plans? Why it is not visible?

They’ve been removed from the platform and website, and an additional one-time credit purchased has been introduced to give you more flexibility.


If you’re on one of these plans:

  • You’ll get double the credits

  • Your monthly recurring credits will also be doubled going forward

  • You’ll receive an email with these updates

7. Will I get free credits if I’m on the trial plan?

Yes! If you're on a Lead Finder trial plan and have fewer than 50 credits, you'll get 50 free credits every month.

🔹 New users get 50 credits at signup
🔹 Users who moved from a paid plan to a free one are not eligible

8. How can I view upcoming credits?

Below your credit balance, you’ll see a message like:
​“Next month’s 2,500 credits will be added on April 1st, 2025”
This only appears for recurring plans and trial users with <50 credits.

9. What if I want to buy over 50,000 credits?

You’ll see a “Talk to Sales” option. Clicking it will, you can share your requirements and our team will assist you.

10. Will I be notified of credit refunds?

Yes! You’ll get:

  • In-app notification

  • Visible status on the UI If your reveal doesn’t return data, refunds happen automatically

11. How can I track my credit usage?

You can track your credit usage through the "Usage History" in the Lead Finder section, which will show details about credits spent, refunded, and remaining.
