Hello Saleshandy Users 👋🏻

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Sending Priority feature in Saleshandy, designed to enhance your cold email sequences by allowing you to control the order and priority of your outreach efforts.

This feature introduces four distinct sending models, empowering you to tailor your email strategy based on your campaign goals—whether you're targeting new leads or focusing on follow-ups.

How to Access the Sending Priority Feature

To get started with this feature, simply click on any created sequence -> settings then Sending Priority in the left-hand panel of the Saleshandy dashboard.

This will direct you to the settings where you can select your preferred sending model.

Default Setting

By default, all new sequences will apply the "Prioritize Follow-ups" model. You have the flexibility to change this setting in two ways:

  • Admin Settings: This modification will apply to all future sequences created after the change.

  • Sequence Settings: This adjustment will only affect the specific sequence you are currently working on.

Any changes made will be saved, and you can modify your sending priority whenever needed.

The Four Sending Priority Models

To help you understand how each model operates, we've summarized them in the following table:

Model

Description

Example Behavior

Model 1: Priorities Follow-ups

Sends emails progressively from Step 1 onward.

Sends 1 email from Step 1, 2 from Step 2, etc.

Model 2: Priorities New Prospect

Sends emails in reverse order, starting with Step 3.

Sends 3 emails from Step 3, then 2 from Step 2, and so forth.

Model 3: Balanced Sending

Distributes emails equally across all steps.

Sends 1 email from each step per iteration.

Model 4: Aggressive Priorities New Prospect

Prioritizes earlier steps with a weighted distribution.

Sends more emails from Step 1 (e.g., 32) and fewer from later steps.

Detailed Model Descriptions

Model 1: Progressive Scheduling

This is the default method where emails are sent progressively. If you add a new step while a sequence is active, it will be included in the next cycle after completing the current iteration.

Model 2: Reverse Scheduling

In this model, emails are dispatched starting from the highest step and moving backward. New steps added during an active sequence will begin sending from Step 1 in the subsequent iteration.

Model 3: Equal Distribution

Emails are sent evenly across all steps, ensuring that each step contributes equally to every iteration. Newly added steps will be included in the next round.

Model 4: Weighted Distribution

This model allocates emails based on weight, favoring earlier steps. When new steps are added, they will be incorporated into future iterations according to their assigned weight.

Flexibility to Adjust Anytime

You can easily switch between these models within the Sequence Settings at any time. Changes will take effect immediately for your next round of emails. The feature is compatible with:

  • Sequences where prospects are added mid-way.

  • Daily sending limits and ramp-ups.

  • Multichannel sequences.

If there aren't enough prospects in a step, the system automatically progresses to the next step based on your selected model.

Forecast and Email Tab Updates

When you select a sending model, both your email sending forecast and email tab will update accordingly.

The system maintains its reliability without disrupting your ongoing processes. For further details, click on the "Know More" button located on the sequence settings page, which will lead you to our FAQ section.

Cheers 🥂

Team Saleshandy.
