By default, Save revealed leads from Lead Finder as prospects automatically in Saleshandy is turned ON. You can update this toggle by navigating to Admin Settings.

Can I save my searches, and how do I save my search as a filter??

Yes, you can save your searches. Consider I have added a company called Saleshandy, and thousands of leads click on Save Filter at the bottom of the Lead Finder tab.

A popup will appear, asking you to add the name for the saved filter. Click on the save filter. Once you've saved the filter, it will appear in Saved Filters.

You can also edit and delete the filters you have saved at the bottom of Lead Finder. There is no limit for Saved Filters.

How many leads can I see on one page?

You can initially see 25 Leads on one page, but you can change it from the bottom right corner to 50 and 100.

What key fields does our lead finder fill when they find a contact?

It depends on how many fields the lead has, and it will all be populated in the profile section of Prospect.

When I have multiple emails for a prospect, which email will be added to the sequence? How do I select or change that?

Primary emails will be added in the prospects tab; however, we have it in our product roadmap about changing the primary emails, which will be released soon.

How can I find my leads, which I revealed from the lead finder in the prospects tab?

You can select the prospect and then click on Profile. At the bottom of the profile, you'll see the creation source, which will say lead finder.

How do I see or get leads I found?

You can see all your leads in the saved tab next to people in the lead finder dashboard, and alternatively, you will also see the leads in the prospects tab.

Once you're on the Saved Leads tab, you have multiple options to choose from. You can save them as prospects, add them to sequences and their steps, and export the leads data.

If you're adding it to the sequence, you must select the sequence and the sequence step where you want to add the prospect and then click on add. Once done, it will be added to the sequence successfully.

How many recent searches can I see on my dashboard??

Lead Finder shows up to four recent searches, the latest prospecting activity.

If I have used lead finder credits and revealed the leads, and then email verification credits are used, it shows as bad emails. Will I get my lead finder credits back??

Yes, you will get your lead finder credits back if the email verification has validated the email as bad.

I'm an LTD user. Will I get Lead Finder in my plan?

As an LTD user you need to purchase the lead finder plan as it's not included in the LTD Deal.

Will my credits get auto-renewed and rolled over for my subscription?

Yes. Credits auto-renew every billing cycle as long as you are on a paid Lead Finder plan. 50% of unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle. Rollover applies only while you remain on a paid plan. Revealed leads remain accessible permanently.

When I selected my audience, I only got 135 emails or prospects. Now, if I purchase the starter plan(basic), I can only extract 135 emails, And the rest of his credits will expire after a month. Am I correct?

You can utilize the allowed lead finder credits until and unless you're on paid plan, so if you're purchasing a lead starter plan, you can utilize 1000 lead finder credits within 30 days. You can use up to 1000 credits during that cycle. Unused credits do not fully expire — 50% of unused credits will roll over to the next billing cycle, as long as you stay on a paid Lead Finder plan.

Does Saleshandy verify the leads before exporting the data to the account? For Example, If I am exporting 100 contacts and 20 emails are bad or risky, then it's a waste for me.

Our lead vendor claims to offer the verified data during the revealing process, so when you reveal the leads, our lead finder previously verified whatever email addresses you get. When you export the revealed leads, you get the same email addresses you see after the lead reveal.

How does Saleshandy classify the industry?

Our lead vendor supports all the SIC and NAIC codes for industry classification.

What happens to unused lead finder credits at the end of the billing cycle?

50% of unused credits are carried forward to the next billing cycle. For example, if you receive 100 credits and use 60 in a month, 20 credits (50% of the unused 40) will roll over to the next cycle. Rollover continues only while you remain on a paid plan.

Will the lead finder credits rollover work if I switch to a free plan?

No. If you switch to a free plan, all unused and rolled-over credits will be removed. Rollover benefits apply only while you are on an active paid Lead Finder plan.

How will my lead finder credits be displayed?

Your total credits, including both the fresh quota for the current billing cycle and any carried-over unused credits from previous cycles, will be displayed in all the places where 'lead finder' credits are currently shown. This includes the billing tab, which shows lead finder credit usage, and the lead finder tab, where all available credits are displayed.

What happens to my lead finder credits if I cancel or pause my subscription?

If you cancel your lead finder subscription and move to a free plan, all unused credits will be removed immediately. If you pause your subscription, you can use your current credits, but a new quota of lead finder credits will not be added until your subscription is resumed.

Which credits will be used first if I have credits from both the previous and current billing cycle?

The system will first use the credits from the current billing cycle. Once these are exhausted, it will then use any unused credits from previous billing cycles.

What happens to trial plan credits if I don't use them?

Unused 'trial plan' credits will be removed as soon as your lead finder plan transitions to another plan.

If I previously had unused lead finder credits and then re-subscribe to a lead finder plan after being on a free plan, do my unused credits return?

No, once your account is moved to the free plan of Lead Finder, all previously unused credits are removed permanently and will not return upon re-subscription to a paid plan.

What if I have a few prospects in my sequence? Will the system be able to detect the duplication of the data? For example, if [email protected] is already added in the sequence, and when I use lead finder and one of the email addresses is [email protected] in my search, can Salesahandy system detect this?

The system detects duplicate prospects when you try to push a lead from Lead Finder to Saleshandy, so you'll never find two prospects with the same email address in Saleshandy.

  1. Example: You already have a prospect in your Saleshandy named Naitik Chavda, whose email is [email protected]. If you go to Lead Finder and purchase a lead whose email is [email protected], you can save that lead as a prospect, but it will not create a new prospect. Rather, it will update the existing prospect by updating the blank values.

  2. Please note that Lead Finder might return duplicate leads when you search leads, so you may find one email address in multiple lead profiles in Lead Finder.

How Can I Avoid Seeing Duplicate Leads In Lead Finder?

You can use the “Exclude existing prospects” in the Saved tab to remove leads that are already saved as prospects from your search results.

This is especially useful if you’ve already saved a large number of leads (e.g., in the Saved tab under People) and want to focus only on new, unsaved prospects.

Enabling this filter ensures you only see fresh leads, helping you avoid duplicates and continue discovering new prospects efficiently.

Do I need to upload CSV while doing Bulk Search?

You can do a bulk search with no need for a CSV file for it.

All you have to do is:

  • Click on the "+Bulk Search" option in the filter section of Lead Finder.

  • To upload the Company Name, copy all the company names from the CSV file and paste it into the bulk search.

  • Same way, copy all the rows one by one from the CSV file and paste them into the bulk search option if you want to search Company Name / Domain, Social Link, Role & Department, Industry, Skills, Contact Info, and Keywords.

Once done, you can click on "Search" and it will give you all the data.

For now, the bulk search supports up to 100 searches at a time. Hence, if you have more than 100 leads to search, you can split the search with 100 at a time.

Also, you don't need any separator while pasting values in bulk. The system will automatically separate them.
