Here's What to Do if you haven't received verification email

Getting started with our product is an exciting step, but sometimes, the verification email can get lost in cyberspace. Don't worry; we've got you covered! Below is a handy FAQ with steps to follow if you haven't received your verification email.

Didn't Receive a Signup Email for Verification?

Q1: What should I do if I haven't received my signup verification email?

A1: If you haven't received your signup verification email within a few minutes of signing up. Could you check your email address, spam folder, promotions folder, or junk folder? Or check with the email "[email protected]" in your mailbox.

Q2: Could the email end up in my spam folder?

A2: Absolutely! Check your spam or junk folder in your email client. Sometimes, verification emails can be mislabeled as spam.

Q3: Can I request a new verification email?

A3: Of course! You have an option to resent it. Click the "Send Again" button, and we'll send you another email.

Q4: How long should I wait before requesting a new verification email?

A4: We recommend waiting at least 5-10 minutes after your initial request. Sometimes, email delivery can be slightly delayed.

Q5: What if I still don't receive the email after requesting it again?

A5: If you've tried resending the verification email but haven't received it, there might be an issue with your email address. Double-check that you entered it correctly during sign-up. You can check it from your profile.

Q6: Can I update my email address and request a new verification email?

A6: Yes, you can update your email address in your account settings and request a new verification email. Head over to your profile settings and click on change login email to update your login email.

Q7: Is there a chance my email provider is blocking your emails?

A7: It's possible. Some email providers have strict filters. You might want to add our email address to your contacts or whitelist it to ensure smooth delivery.

For Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and sign in to your account.

  2. Click the "Mail" dropdown menu in the upper-left corner and select "Contacts." or you can select "Contacts" from the side panel.

  3. In the Contacts page, click the "Create contact" button.

  4. Enter the email address you want to whitelist.

  5. Click the "Save" button.

For Outlook (formerly known as Hotmail)

  1. Open Outlook and sign in to your account.

  2. Click on the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."

  3. In the Settings page, go to the "Junk email" section.

  4. Under the "Safe senders and domains" or "Safe mailing lists" section, click "Add." you can also keep saleshandy in that.

  5. Enter the email address you want to whitelist.

  6. Click the "Add" button.

  7. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the Settings page.

For Yahoo Mail

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and sign in to your account.

  2. Click on the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner and select "More Settings."

  3. In the Settings page, click on "Filters" in the left sidebar.

  4. Click the "+ Add" button to create a new filter.

  5. Give your filter a name (e.g., "Whitelist").

  6. In the "Sender" field, enter the email address you want to whitelist.

  7. In the "Move to Folder" section, select "Inbox."

  8. Click the "Save" button.

If you are using a different email client, you can usually find instructions for whitelisting email addresses in the help or support section of your email provider's website or by doing a quick web search with your email provider's name and "whitelist email address."
