A1: If you haven't received your signup verification email within a few minutes of signing up. Could you check your email address, spam folder, promotions folder, or junk folder? Or check with the email "[email protected]" in your mailbox.
Q2: Could the email end up in my spam folder?
A2: Absolutely! Check your spam or junk folder in your email client. Sometimes, verification emails can be mislabeled as spam.
Q3: Can I request a new verification email?
A3: Of course! You have an option to resent it. Click the "Send Again" button, and we'll send you another email.
Q4: How long should I wait before requesting a new verification email?

In the Contacts page, click the "Create contact" button.
Enter the email address you want to whitelist.
Click the "Save" button.

Click on the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
In the Settings page, go to the "Junk email" section.

Enter the email address you want to whitelist.
Click the "Add" button.
Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the Settings page.

In the Settings page, click on "Filters" in the left sidebar.
Click the "+ Add" button to create a new filter.
Give your filter a name (e.g., "Whitelist").
In the "Sender" field, enter the email address you want to whitelist.
In the "Move to Folder" section, select "Inbox."
Click the "Save" button.
